[The scene opens on Osaka. Asagi Igawa is with several battle-ready Taimanins when she receives a communications call from the UN Space Station.]

Murasaki: Asagi, this is Yatsu. We need you immediately. I can't reach Dax and Earth may be in for another invasion.

Asagi: Tell me something I don't know. The invasion has reached Osaka.

[Before Asagi stands Atlas, the division between it and where the rest of Osaka should be marked only by a glowing yellow line of light.]

Murasaki: Do you need help?

Asagi: No. I'll contact you when it's over. Asagi out.

[Several Atlas Soldiers, along with their general, stand at the bridging light divide between Osaka and Atlad. Asagi approaches them.]

????: Leave this place at once or pay with your lives!

Asagi: I am Asagi Igawa, leader of the Taimanins. You are not welcome here. Surrender and you will be given safe passage back to your world.

????: Arrogant fool! I am General Ironwood, and this is my place. FIGHT!

[They fight. Though Ironwood is a powerful general, Asagi's super-strength and fighting ability is enough to keep him at bay. She knocks him down, but Ironwood springs up and motions for a gun shot attack. Asagi instinctively brings her impenetrable sword up to protect her face. Realising his attacks won't work, Ironwood cancels the attack and retreats, with his soldiers following. Asagi prevents her Taimanins from pursuing and radios in to the team]

Asagi: Asagi to Yatsu. The invaders have retreated into the city named Atlas.

Murasaki: I have more bad news. Earth is in the process of merging with another planet.

Asagi: By the gods...

Murasaki: Our world and the alien world occupy the same time and space as fragments separated only by large--

Asagi: --Large yellow energy rifts. I've seen them.

Murasaki: We need Dax, but no one knows where he is.

Asagi: I'll search Bellwood.

[Asagi cuts communication as the scene fades out.]
