It was a crisp morning and the cold wind was everywhere but Nath wasn't bothered. It was halloween morning and he was ready to get going with the Halloween decorations but right now he was making his morning delivery of bread and cakes, as he walked Nath saw how beautiful Each orange or red tree was, not one was the same colour even if it was just the tinniest tinge of brown that made them different. He took in the cold air "perfect" Nath placed the basket of bread on the doorstep and carried on walking, he was proud of the cakes, they had been ordered for a Halloween party so him and his father had been up all night baking them to look like pumpkins. Naths thoughts suddenly went to something else that fox girl it had been a week since his encounter and he had seen neither her nor the wolf since that day, he had been round the city twice in his hero form and he had not even seen a glimpse of a white ear or tail.
He couldn't help but feel that she was earily familiar. He was snapped out of his thoughts by Maria, his girlfriend and Alya and Ninos daughter "Noel!" she yelled excitedly while hugging him, she always made him smile especially when she called him by his real name which was often "want some company?" she asked as he stared into her shinning brown eyes "of course" he said before kissing her forehead which sent her into a fit of giggles. They walked through the town giving out his fathers famous recipe, the bugaboo cupcakes, he'd never tell him who they were made for but Nath had always knew, they were for his mother she had disappeared a day after his sister was taken , the name also made alot more sense now that he knew his mother was ladybug. As they walked past the Seine river (sorry if that's not right) Nath almost jumped in fear and excitement, it was her in the full get up just sat on a bench. She turned around her shinning blue eyes piercing his own "well lookie hear" she got up smirking, all his previous excitement was gone How could I be so stupid she's a villain she's dangerous "Maria behind me now" nath was ready to fight if need "no need for that, I won't hurt you I just want to play" she purred. When she saw his disgust she laughed "not in that way idiot" her face softened after that "I need help, the wolf girl the one you saw with me she's my mother but she won't tell me anything about my past or father" saying nath was shocked was an understatement. Nath took a deep breath " I can't help you right now but your welcome to come walk with us" she smiled "thank you just let me detransform" Maria and Nath turned away to give her privacy "I like her" Maria giggled "she's sassy can we try to get her to be in our group" Nath chuckled "of course".

They had parted ways whith amelia whos name nathaniel had finally learned. While watching trick r treat maria heard a faint knock at the door, getting up to answer it thinking it was a trick or treater. She opened the door only to find a drawing of a shadow person carrying a child whith the words 'watch out' written underneath she walked back inside feeling spooked
