Synopsis: There has been something strange going on near the city, most notably in rural towns and counties facing either complete decimation or just a few injured folks behind. Now that there's been trending videos coming out with a simple dark skinned girl vanishing in thin air, it's time to investigate...

Heroes: You were out on patrol, looking around for anything mysterious or needing to be dealt with. A few minutes in and everything seems fine... and then there's sounds of commotion going on just a couple of blocks away, followed by ecstatic shouts. Perhaps a street fight is brewing?

Villain: It was late in the night, pretty much nearing midnight when you were fleeing both Electric Wrath and Pawz. You so far were doing good evading then in the dark streets until you crash into a person while turning the corner, collapsing to the ground. With haste you begin to stand and prepare to attack the person that got you knocked down, but you can see it's an African American girl, looking no less than what, 14? Though she has a cyan streak of hair in front of her face and a scar over her left eye. She looks at you in a confused panic, fixing her right black shirt and tights. It's up to you whether you want to kidnap, kill or use her as a hostage...
