Scenario 1: You were playing a game that was created by the Flame family. Suddenly it glitched on you. Suddenly a monster pops out of you game console, DS, or phone and is a character from that game. Suddenly a female white jackal crashes in geared up and destroys and captures the monster.

Scenario 2: you work as tech support and then you see a glitch monster that is a Phoenix. You were about to capture it but soon realize that the glitch is more than it meets the eye.
