{next morning}

"Wake up Kiana!" Grayson screamed in my ear.
"Good morning to you too," I said sarcastically getting up.
"Ethan guess what today is!" Grayson said.
"Jacks birthday!"
"Who?" I asked.
"Oh the one who said you were hot, he's throwing a party tonight and you're going with us!"
"Oh no i'm not." I said getting up and going to the bathroom.
"Good try," Ethan said putting his hand on Grayson's shoulder.
"Stop dude, i'm gonna get her to go, it'll be fun!"

{few hours later}
"Guys I still don't have a room, where am I supposed to put my stuff!"
"Kiana just put your stuff in my room for now so it's not in the middle of the living room," Grayson said.
"Fine." I said rolling my eyes.
"But i'm still sleeping on the couch!" I shouted from his room.
"We'll see about that," Grayson whispered to Ethan.
"Dude stop," Ethan said laughing.

It was 8pm and I was bored out of my mind. I've been here for 3 days and I still haven't even gone out and had some fun.. wow Kiana way to be boring. Actually you know what! I will go to the party, I mean what else am I gonna do tonight. I got up and dug through my still packed baggage and found the perfect thing, a black romper and some high heals, I went into the bathroom and put it on... little did I know it wasn't going to be as fun as I thought.

"Where are you going tonight?" Ethan asked.
"The party.." I said
"Hey! Look who decided to go! I told you she'd come through Ethan!" Grayson shouted.
"Well.. What are we waiting for? Let's go!" I said.
We went downstairs and their friend Jc picked us all up.
"Who is this pretty lady?" Jc asked as I got into the car.
"Kiana, She's our new roommate." Grayson said.
"You never told me about a new roommate," Jc said.
"Well she's the one! The new roommate I mean."
Ethan and Grayson just awkwardly looked at each other.
"Let's go! Drive!" Ethan shouted.

Jc drove us to the party, and this was finally my chance to meet new people in La. There were so many people around I lost Ethan and Grayson in the first 10 minutes we were there. As I looked around I saw no familiar faces.
"Hey, you look lost." Jc shouted because of the loud music.
"Yep, lost my friends already!"
"Friends? you're not dating Grayson? damn thought you were."
"No, why would you think that?"
"Don't know, just the way he looked at you, thought you guys had a thing or something."
"Nope just friends."
"So that means you're single?" Jc asked.
"Yep," I said and laughed.
"Great. Do you mind if I get us drinks?"
"Not at all," I said with a smile.

I waited for Jc to get us drinks and looked around to see if I could find the boys.
"Kiana!" Grayson shouted from behind me.
"Hey! I've been looking for you everywhere!" He said.
"Me too, I don't know anyone here but you guys and Jc!"
"Kiana I need to tell you something that's kinda been bugging me."
"Yeah of course!"
"Hey Kiana back with the drinks," Jc said interrupting us.
"Well found Jc," Grayson said.
"So what did you want to tell me?" I asked.
"It's fine ill tell you later, you too have fun."
"What's up with him?" Jc asked.
"Don't know."
Me and Jc hung out and danced for a while and he turned out to be pretty cool. I finally made a new friend I can just have fun with.
"So how's Cali treating you so far?" Jc asked.
"Well not as planed, I rented my apartment for me only and ended up being roommates with them, have no idea how that happened but it hasn't been so bad."
"If it wasn't for them I wouldn't of met someone as beautiful as you," Jc said blushing.
"Aw Jc can be romantic," I said teasing him.
"It's true though!"

I looked around and I saw Grayson kissing some girl. Grayson? Kissing another girl? I thought he had feelings for me.. He was so sweet. That's it, it's time for me to live a little.
I grabbed Jc and pulled him in for a kiss.
"Kiana? Jc?" Grayson said behind us.
"Grayson?" I said confused.
I looked over and saw it was Ethan kissing the girl not Grayson.
Grayson had no face expression and he just walked away without saying a word.
