Rose was in the kitchen, backing some apple pie for the little thieves.
She might can't cook, but she found one of Hachi's cooking books.
Meanwhile, Shadow was quietly watching her, while Joker, Queen and Spade were playing with Hosshi.

This was probably the first time that Joker ever got along with the little, treasure-eating space-cat.

When Rose took the fresh apple pie out of the oven, she noticed her big- or now rather little brother, secretly hiding under the kitchen table,while watching her.

Rose put the apple pie on the table and kneeled down to look under the table.

She gently grabbed Shadow and sat him down on one of the chairs, smiling at her brother the whole time.

Rose: What's with the whole spying, little one?

Shadow: uh...... Uhm......
I......Just wanted to know what you were doing.......

Rose: Oh! Well I was just backing some apple pie for all of us!

Little Shadow had a small smile on his face.

Rose: Well, the pie is done. How about we go and get the others now, shall we?

Shadow: Yay!

Rose took Shadow by the hand and they came into the room where the others were.

Rose: Who wants apple pie?

Joker:Oh! Oh! I want some! I want some!

Spade: Me too!

Queen: Yay!

Rose: Okay! Come with me!

They all went into the kitchen and Rose gave each off them a piece.

Rose: Be careful! It's still a bit hot!

They all listened to her words and carefully started eating.

All except for Joker.

Joker: Ow! Ow! Hot! Hot! Hot!

Rose: I warned you!

Rose kneeled down to the little Joker and hugged him.

The little, silver haired boy soon was in a good mood again.

Rose: That always works!

Queen: ❤️Yummy❤️!!!

Spade: Delicious!

Rose softly giggled.

Everything went very well until now. She couldn't believe that the others thought, this would be a hard job for her.

The pink haired witch could hardly understand why the others were so worried for her.

Taking care of them was just "a peace of cake".

[Joker: Seriously?

Everything went just perfectly!

When they finished the pie, they all washed their hands and returned to the roon.

Rose: Now, who wants to play some games?

Joker: Oh! Me, me!

Spade: I wanna play too!

Queen: Oh! Me too!

Shadow: Yes!

Rose: Okay!

Joker: How about hide and Seek?

The other little thieves all agreed with a "yay"!
