Raph probably has one of those self help apps on his phone that helps keep him on his A-game, he most likely keeps a virtual diary on it just to say how he felt during the day.

He probably tries to do the meditation but he'll end up wanting to be around his brothers.

One time he asked one of his brother's to join him to see if both of them sitting in silence focusing on their breathing together would help but maybe asking Leo to join him after their patrol was a bad idea cause Leo got so into it that he fell asleep.

When they woke up the next day though, Leo said it was one of the best nights sleep he's ever had in a while and they end up meditating whenever either one of them are having issues sleeping.

They like to keep it to themselves, it's a thing for them, it's like Leo and Donnies dance battles on just dance, a thing for them to bond over, so if insomnia ever hits they can turn to one another and just meditate.

It eventually got to the point where they didn't need the app to focus on it anymore.
