Freya has been training since she was a child. She's an exceptionally skilled warrior. Her main weapon of choice is a double-sided axe and she is quite formidable with it. She can also alternate between knives, swords, and temporary makeshift weapons.

Despite her slender form and small size, she has also shown to have great strength to lift heavy objects that are as large as boulders. Freya has reached peak physical strength, even to a supernatural point. She is strong enough to lift boulders and ships, fast enough to swim from one island to another in less than an hour and durable enough to survive falls from great heights.
