The Doctor. A name everyone in the city of Alto City, California fears. The doctor is a psychopath who kills by removing someone's organs while there still awake letting them watch and feel everything he did to them

Scenario 1: You are a detective for the ACPD and have been on the trail of The Doctor for two years now and still haven't had any new leads at least until today. You receive an anonymous E-mail telling you the sender has a lead on The Doctor. Against your better judgment you follow the coordinates and meet them 

Scenario 2: You wake up in a dimly lit room tied to a chair and gagged. After examining your surroundings you gather that you are in a warehouse with three other people but you don't know where. After a little while a man walks in. He is wearing a surgeon's uniform and a surgical mask. The Doctor. You and the three others begin to panic terrified that you would be his next victim. Lucky for you he takes one of the other three a anthro wolf and you are forced to watch and listen to the muffled screams as the poor wolf has his organs removed alive. After the doctor is finished he leaves now is the time to attempted an escape.
