Jasmine was born on October 31 on the night of Halloween. Ever since she was born she has always had a close bond with her older sister it was easy to see that Aelita was her favorite. She always enjoyed playing with Aelita. She knew she could cound on Aelita when she needed her.

When she was about 2 she had been playing in the snow with Aelita outside of their house with their parents. She had gotten attacked by a wolf which lead to her having a scar on her eye from where the wolf had clawed her. That had also been the day their mother had been taken from them as well by the men in black. After that she, Aelita and Franz had gone into hiding and changed their last name to Hopper for thier own protection. However it was all failur.
Franz knew he couldn't keep his kids safe and so he and split them up, at the age of 3 Jasmine was sent to an orphange and was adpted by a new family, the Andersons while he kept Aelita with him and the two of them went to hide out in Lyoko.

Meanwhile Jasmine was living with the Andersons enjoying a life luxury but her 'partens' were very strict with her about everything as she grew older. They controled what she ate, what she did the only thing they couldn't control was who her friends were and what she did during the day at school. So when her first day of school came and she had met Ulrich and the others she knew she was in for the time of her life as she made friends, fell in love, went on adventures and discovered more about her past and her full connection to Lyoko.
