"Today, it's time to learn about Servants"

Makoto takes a stick from a ruined city and he starts drawing about the current lesson she's having to learn

"The basic part is, what is a servant? Well, we are the heroic spirits summoned for one purpose: To fight against the other masters in the holy grail war"

He drew a chalice with seven arrows pointing at it on the ground using the stick

"This artifact can grant wishes to both servants and masters alike. Each masters have their own servants to fight for them in the holy grail war, and they're categorized by classes. Seven to be exact, like Saber"

He draws the Sword on one of the arrows

"Archer"

He draws a bow and arrow below the sword

"Lancer"

He draws a spear below the bow and arrow

"Caster, Rider, Assassin"

He draws a staff, Horse, and a Skull next to each arrows

"And Berserker"

He draws a demon skull

"But for servants like me, we are called an 'Extra Class' because we're not properly accounted for with the histories we made back in our days when we were alive. Hence the human order made the extra classes for us to clarify in the holy grail war. I could be wrong about it, but the funny part is: I'm clarified to be one of these classes, except"

He crossed the Horse and the Demon Skull

"Berserker and Rider. Rider is because I can't drive anything except a Motorcycle" He spins the bike key before he puts it in his pocket "And as the berserker, I'm not a mindless psycho"

"But why are you clarified as a ruler class?" Gudako asks the boy

"Take a guess"

Gudako thinks while she looks at the Ruler who is just standing there waiting for an answer until a voice calls out to Gudako

"Senpai! I sensed several heroic spirits at one place right here!" A violet haired girl holding a big shield enters the scene

"Several servants in one place right here!? But I only see Makoto, Mash" Gudako was confused about her

Her name is Mash Kyrielight, a demi-servant who was dragged along to their first rayshift in Fuyuki, and is accounted as a shielder class

"Huh!? I can sense several heroic spirits in one body at him!" She points to Makoto

"So the reason why you're a ruler class is because you are the many servants in one body!?"

"No, not quite but yes, I hold several servants in one, hence why I'm marked as 'The Wildcard'"

"The... Wildcard...?"

"That is the story we'll cover for later, but right now, you can only ask about servants or about my capabilities as a heroic spirit, for example"

Makoto opens his palm as Runes appear spinning around his hand

"I can do Rune Magic if needed, but that is all I am capable of with my level as a heroic spirit"

"How come!? Aren't you one of the strongest servants!?"

"Did you at least TRY to level me up?"

"There's a level up system!?"

"Of course there is!"

He gets up, then he lets out a sigh before he gestures to them to follow him before he walks to a specific area to find hands that have crystal on top of their palms floating as Gudako and Mash went to look at what he's looking

"You see those crystals?" He asks Gudako "Those crystals strengthen our power as a heroic spirit, the more crystals you invest in us, the more powerful we can get. Now then"

He heads to those crystal hands as Mash runs her way next to him

"Your orders, master?"

"It's just one, so go wild on the crystal hand thingy"

"Very well"

Makoto unsheathes his sword, then he runs to it before he slashes it in an x pattern, then he backs off by doing backflips before he stops at two feet while he pulls out a red spear as it glows right before he throws it to the crystal hand

It counterattacks by shooting a fireball on him using the crystal floating above it, then it hits Makoto

"Makoto-san!"

Mash grants him invincibility

"Merci, Mash!"

Gudako pulls out her hand that has a red tattoo on it before it glows

"Makoto, I command you to use your Noble Phantasm!" She shouted as the red Tattoo loses one of the color

"Did you just... Use your command seal at me?"

"Yes, why not?"

Makoto sighs, then he unsheathes his sword as he pulls out the red spear again, but he throws it above making it spin, then he turns around and jumps to the spear before he connects his foot at the bottom end of the spear as the spear starts glowing pure red while it emits electricity on it

"GAE BOLG!"

He shouted before he kicks the spear as the spear heads its way to the crystal hand before it penetrates the hand itself, killing it instantly

"That does it" Makoto dusts himself

"THAT WAS COOL, YOU MADE THE SPEAR INTO A SOCCER BALL AND STUFF!" She shouted

"Well, my teacher taught me how to use a spear, and she didn't mind me performing that as part of my attack" Makoto shrugs "Well, before we leave, we can talk about the servant attributes"

"Oh yeah, tell me about them" Gudako replied

"Well, the servant attribute is also what defines us as part of who we were in our past lives, it can also benefit you in battle as well. Well, as far as I can remember, there are four attributes of a servant: Man, Earth, Sky, and Star. Man, are servants who did their great deeds as normal humans, like Florence Nightingale where her deeds as the nurse of steel brought future generations of nurses to inspire alike, hence the Nightingale Pledge. Earth, are servants who weren't divine of any sorts, but they were born through fictional myths and legends, King Arthur is an example via the knights of the round table"

"Does that mean even fictional characters can be servants?"

"Yep, even someone like Reisen Udongein Inaba. Sky or Heaven if you want to call it that, are Servants who are born with the highest divinity known to man, they can be gods or goddesses themselves as well, Gilgamesh is an example... I don't wanna explain about that"

"Then the Star?"

"The Star attribute is special. They're categorized as heroes who have done the highest deeds that either changed humanity or even be the Humanity's brightest hope for the future"

"So... You did something that made you fit the Star attribute?"

"Yes"

The trio finishes up and their rayshift and they finally return to Chaldea before a woman with brown hair walks up to them

"And you are?" Gudako asks

"I'm Leonardo da Vinci, I'll be here to assist you at any kind, but!"

"It comes with a price" Makoto finishes it

"But I'm here to tell you about our today's special! I can grant any servant maximum power, free of charge but one time use only"

"That can be a benefit to us, Master, but you must use it wisely or we might regret spending it to someone-"

Makoto feels like his power chart went to the roof

"...You used it on me, didn't you?"

"Yep"
