Hello everyone again. Today, I am going to review on my other friend's OC that my friend, Build_Rider and I have been planning so far for the upcoming war against Salem (RWBY Vol.s 1 to many more volumes to come) and Thanos (Avengers Infinity Wars and the upcoming Avengers MOVIE). So, without further ado, let's get this OC started by introducing to you, Build_Rider's OC by the name of 'Hiro Kiken Iglsias'.

Looks & Appearance:

(A/N: This is basically what Hiro will look like. He will look like Evol Sento but different. He will have Gold (Right eye) and Silver (Left eye) eyes, have spikey hair and has a fair complexion.)

Hiro will wear the same clothes like Sento wears but the only difference is that he wears a lab coat and a pair of safety goggles in every battle (A/N: You'll figur why.).

Trust me, Hiro may be the best genius scientist, like Sento, but his scale of genius is in a different scale. Basically, before he meets up with the Build Tenma Tribe where Sento is, he has already not just created RabbitTank Sparkling, RabbitTank FullFullBottle and the Cross-ZBuild Can, he's made more, more of these creations than anyone has ever imagined. That will be explained when we hit the Weapons and accessories section below.

Weapons & Accessories:

His weapons are basically like from the Kamen Rider Build Series but there will be some changes to some weapons.

(A/N: Beat Cross-Zer.)

(A/N: Kaizoku Hassyar.)

(A/N: FullBottle Buster - Blade and Cannon modes.)

(A/N: Twin Breaker - Attack and Beam modes.)

These are Hiro's weapons that he will be using when he tranforms into his Build and Cross-Z's specific form. Now, here are his own signature weapons that he will be using. First, he will wield another FullBottle Buster, but for this certain Buster is different as it will be Gold. Second, he will wield another Beat Cross-Zer, but for this one, this weapon will be Silver. Lastly, he will wield two Twin Breakers (A/N: Like Kamen Rider Grease.) but, they will be used as gauntlets as theywill be a fusion of Two Twin Breakers and Yang's Ember Celicas.

(A/N: Hrio's FullBottle Buster. Replace the black parts to gold including the blade parts.)

(A/N: Hiro's Beat Cross-Zer. The entire sword is silver.)

(A/N: Hiro will wield two Twin Breaker gauntlets, as they are combined with a pair of Twin Breakers and a pair of Ember Celicas. So, whenever he wants to shoot, he can just do what Yang does, same goes to his attack mode, but in a slice 'n' dicing way.)

Now how cool will that be to wield these weapons. Now thatwe are done with his weapons, let's quickly run down to his accessories. Basic, he has all of the 60 FullBottles, a RabbitTank Sparkling can, Build-Driver, Hazard Trigger, FullFullBottle (RabbitRabbit and TankTank forms), Genius Bottle and two Cross-ZBuild cans.

(A/N: Cross-ZBuild Can.)

Now, about the Sparkling can, he will not just have the RabbitTank Sparkling can, he will have other Sparkling cans; GorrilaDiamond Sparkling, HawkGatling Sparkling, NinninComic Sparkling to name some examples, the FullFullBottle, he will not just wield the powers of RabbitRabbit and TankTank forms, he will have many other FullFullBottles, wielding all of the powers of all 60 FullBottles; DiamondDiamond, GorrilaGorrila, NinninNinnin, ComicComic, LockLock, GatlingGatling, HawkHawk, to name spme examples, and the part that I said that Hiro has two Cross-ZBuild cans, there's an explanation to that.

The second Cross-ZBuild can will be a thousand to infinite times stronger than the original, and will only be used when the Hazard Trigger is present on the Build-Driver.

When Hiro transforms into this special, yet brilliant form of magnificence, the rabbit side of Cross-ZBuild will remain the same but there will be more gold details. The Springs on the armour will be white instead of gold. There will be some spikes on the armour from RabbitTank Sparkling.

The Dragon side of Cross-ZBuild will remain the same, one wing covering one side as usual, but at his back, there will be a pair of dragon wings from Cross-Z Magma. And due to that, Rabbit ear-like capes from RabbitRabbit form will be used as wings as well.

Head sculp. of Cross-ZBuild will have the Hazard mode gimmick to it with the Cross-ZBuild eye-visor mask on it. Basially this special ultimate form will be as powerful as Build Genius but in a extremely higher scale.

He will keep all  of his bottles, cans, FullFullBottles and his bottles in a specific case that will be placed at Hiro's back right behind the Build-Driver belt. (A/N: Cant't find the actual case but, youget what I mean in Shadow's BIO.)

Aura and Semblance:

His aura colour is cyan and his semblance is called, 'Build up' and matter manipulation, meaning thathe can use the FullBottles at his free will without transforming to Build and he can control liquids and solids. 

Example, Rabbit and Tank, shake the bottle and the esscence will become liquid. When it reaches to his arms and legs, the liquid will turn solid and he will have Tank Cannons for arms and rabbit legs for legs. That's the combination of two semblances called, 'Build Up' and Matter Manipulation.
