So, without further ado, let's get this started by introducing to you, Starbee-Prime's other OC which goes by the name of Kaylee Oliver, daughter of the Legendary Tommy Oliver, Neo Mighty Morphin Pink Ranger

Ability -  It allows the user to utilize light-based abilities to attack, defend or blind enemies

3. Power Of Zords

Ability - It can control Zords like Aquaman control fish. He can turn them into Megazords and he use it to fight the giant monster. 

Trivia: Taught under the Legend himself aka, Tommy Oliver, Kaylee was taught the ways of the ranger, knowing she will have to uphold her father's legacy one day. As soon as Tommy has gotten a notification that a new Armada is on its way, he personally gave Kaylee a NEO Master Morpher in times when the armada strikes, whenever that would be. After recieving her ranger trinket, she went on a journey to become stronger to fight against the New Armada, but what she didn't realize is that... another war has just begun and she will be apart of that war, as well after the armada is defeated in the future,.... or so it shall be...
