Trivia: One of the members of MetsubouJinrai.NET, a group of hackers that harbor vengeance against White Fang and Schnee Dust Company. Rai Tori was one of them, he received a burn mark "S.D.C." on his back when he was young. He met someone whose in charge of MetsubouJinrai.NET and join them. Now he uses his own handmade MetsubouJinrai Force Riser along with his group to carry on their plan of vengeance.
