Hey everyone and WELCOME to the twelvth episode of RWBY: (Genius Gamer Shadow) Ex-Aid Reader x Ruby Rose! So, just a recap of the disclaimer again, I DO NOT OWN RWBY AND I DO NOT OWN KAMEN RIDER EX-AID. RWBY is from RoosterTeeth and Kamen Rider Ex-Aid is from Toei.

So, enjoy the insert, sit back, and LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!!!!

*Hits gong real hard that a sports car sped by*

My POV:

Me and the others had gone to Professor Oobleck's class after lunch. What I didn't expect was the fact the professor enjoyed his coffee way too much. Or the fact that whatever was in his mug during the lesson that made him look faster than anything me and the others had ever seen, though he still was not fast as my samurai teammate.

Meanwhile in one of the seats is a uniformed, sleeping Jaune with his head resting in his hands while the constantly-zooming and fast-talking professor is in the middle of his hyperactive lecture, educating Weiss, Blake, Mitchell, Tenka, Pyrrha, a leaned-back Cardin, sitting directly behind Jaune, while Ruby, Yang, Rachel, and the others are having other classes. So today, me and the others are constantly sitting our butts inside Professor Oobleck's classroom to study history. It's not like I really hated the subject, but I are quite interested in it.

Me: (pats my bag with my history books and newspapers while listening in class) (inner thoughts) Hopefully these would come in handy soon.

Oobleck: This is prior to the Faunus Rights Revolution, more popularly known as the Faunus War!

He suddenly zooms up to the front of the class and the map covered in papers behind his desk.

Oobleck: Humankind was quite, quite adamant about centralizing Faunus population in Menagerie.

He points at the map of said-area with his stick to state his point as he then zooms off to the side for a sip of his coffee before appearing in front of the desk.

Mitchell: I wonder what's inside Professor Oobleck's mug.... Maybe if I could just take a little sip from his beverage after class.....

Me: You're... weirding me out, Mitch....

Rachel: Yeah.... No kidding (Shudders)

Oobleck: Now! While this must feel like ancient history to many of you, it is imperative to remember that these are relatively recent events! Why, the repercussions of the uprising can still be seen to this day!

He zooms around the classroom more, sipping his coffee again before continuing to zoom and talk.

Oobleck: Now! Have any among you been subjugated or discriminated because of your Faunus heritage?

As Tenka and I would've expected, almost all of the Faunus students in the class put their hands up, Mitchell was also included, some kept their hand down just to not attract the attention of Faunus-haters like Cardin and his team for example. What I clearly didn't expect however, was that Faunus girl that Tenka helped earlier, Velvet, happened to be in the same class as me and the others, and I only noticed her when she put her hand up to answer Professor Oobleck's question.

Me: Hey, it's that Faunus girl you helped back in the cafeteria...

Tenka: I know. I sure hope she's okay, maybe I should check up on her after class, Doc. Just in case.

Me: Fine by me....

Oobleck: Dreadful, simply dreadful! Remember, students, it is precisely this kind of ignorance that breeds violence!

He takes another sip of his coffee, which now made Tenka interested of what was inside the professor's drink more and more.

Oobleck: I mean, I mean, I mean just look at what happened to White Fang! Now, which one of you young scholars can tell me what many theorize to be the turning point in the third year of the War?"

Weiss and Tenka, as expected, shot their hands straight up to answer, and Oobleck nodded his head to Weiss.

Oobleck: Yes?

Weiss: The battle at Fort Castle!

Tenka sighs as he lowers his hand in downcast.

Oobleck: Precisely, Ms. Schnee! And don't sulk over a simple matter, Mr. Kaito, you may have your chance next time. Now, who can tell me the advantage the Faunus had over General Lagune's forces?

Unseen by the professor, but seen by me and Tenka, Cardin flicks a paper football at Jaune's head, causing him to wake up from his beauty sleep.

Jaune: Hey!

Hearing Jaune's voice, Oobleck began zooming over into his face.

Oobleck: Mr. Arc! Finally contributing to class! This is excellent! Excellent! What is the answer?

Jaune: Uhhhh... The answer is... The advantage... of the Faunus...

Jaune's POV:

I had no idea what the answer was due to myself sleeping during the entire time in classes with Oobleck, and right now I'm desperately trying to think what the answer might be, but sadly to no avail, I couldn't think of any possible solution. I looked behind Oobleck's focused face at Pyrrha, who coughs and motions to her lips as she gives me the answer.

Me: ...Had over that guy's stuff...

I then see Pyrrha cupping her hands around her eyes and goes for the most dumbest, yet obvious answer.

Me: Uhh... Binoculars!

While I look pleased with my answer, the class laughs suddenly laughed at me, indicating that I had the answer wrong. Oobleck, who zooms back at the front of the class, sips his coffee. Shadow and Tenka flopped their heads down into our desk out of exasperation, while Rachel and Mitchell giggles uncontrollably. Pyrrha sighs and slaps a hand to her forehead as Cardin pounds his fist on his desk while chortling.

Oobleck: Very funny, Mr. Arc. Cardin! Perhaps you would care to share your thoughts on the subject!

Shadow raised his head from his table and turned his attention towards Cardin, who was leaning back with his leg on his desk, not even caring about the lesson one bit as much as he expected.

Cardin: Well, I know it's a lot easier to train an animal than a soldier.

As Oobleck shakes his head, Tenka raised his head from his table a look of dissatisfaction on his face.

Tenka: You know, you're not really one of the most open-minded of individuals, are you, Cardin? Would you mind if I split your mind open for you? My partner here could conjure up an ice axe or his weapon to prove my point.

Rachel gulps as she slumps down from her chair, and hides below her desk. Tenka gives him another look of death, causing Cardin to start shaking again, while Shadow widened his eyes out of surprise before grinning wickedly as he watched on, amused and entertained.

Shadow: (Inner thoughts) This ought to be good....

Oobleck: Now, now students. This is clearly not the time for pointless mockery.

Tenka: You don't have to tell me twice, professor. Besides, he's the one who's being a blockhead anyway, and whereas I, know the answer. The answer to your question is, 'Night Vision'.

Oobleck: Precisely the correct answer, Mr. Kaito.

Shadow: If I remember correctly, (taking out newspapers and a history book to look into the topic we are still in) General Lagune was.... inexperienced, and made the mistake of trying to ambush the Faunus in their sleep.

Blake: His massive army was outmatched, and the general was captured.

Shadow and Tenka: (closes book) Precisely./Precisely!

The professor nods his head in agreement as Blake then turns to Cardin with a look of repulsion.

Blake: Perhaps if he'd paid attention in class, he wouldn't have been remembered as such a failure.

Shadow: (tidying my stuff) This reminds me of a certain person, which I think, we all know. Don't you think?

He looked over at Cardin, who seemed very annoyed at Blake and my comments. Shadow and Tenka gave him a mocking smile, which provoked him to stand up and clench his fist out of anger. Tenka began to stand up as well, but Shadow stood up too just in time just before he could even advance on Cardin.

Tenka: Unless you want to know what real pain feels, I'd suggest you THINK TWICE AND SIT BACK DOWN, CARDIN!!!

Shadow: Whoa. Tenka, take a chill pill! Settle down. You're literally taking this issue way too far and going too overboard now......

Cardin trembled a little at Tenka's reply, but held his ground quite effectively. Then, he looked around and realized that here and now wasn't the place to try and start a fight, especially when class is still on. He sat back down and Jaune laughed at his tormentor's embarrassment that had just transpired.

Oobleck: You and Mr. Arc can both see me after class for additional readings.

Me: Oohhhh...

Oobleck: As for you Mr. Kaito, I'll leave you with a warning as you knew the answer to our question, and additional points for you Mr. Wrath for preventing any trouble that could have occurred between your teammate and Mr. Winchester.

Shadow nodded and he ushered Tenka to sit as Mitchell and Rachel tried to calm him down. And with that, Professor Oobleck takes yet another sip of his coffee.

Oobleck: (zooming away) "Now! Moving on!"

My POV:

When the lesson ends, me and Pyrrha walked out of class last with the rest of my team and chatted a bit, but only for Pyrrha to stop near the doorway.

Me: Well, that was entertaining. So, now what? What do you guys want to do?

Pyrrha: You go on ahead. I'll wait for Jaune.

Rachel: You sure?

Pyrrha nodded.

Rachel: Okay then....

Me and the others began to walk in the hallways as we all thought what to do next.

Tenka: Oh yeah! Nearly forgot. You two go on ahead. I still have to make sure that Velvet is okay.

Me: Oh. Well, See you later then, Tenka.

Tenka nodded as he gave me a smirk and a bow before walking away and disappearing in a corner.

Mitchell: I'll just see you back at the dorm, Shadow. I'll go on there with Rachel.

Rachel: We are just going to do our studies until we have a new plan coming along.

Me: Okay, but no detours, Mitch. You too, Rachel. We're still pretty new to this place after all.

Rachel and Mitchell giggled at my comment before nodding and they start walking away as well, leaving me alone in the long hallways. Just then, Team RWBY walked up to me. They were quite confused as to why I am all alone in the hallways.

Ruby: Hey, Shadow.

Me: Oh, hey Ruby!

Ruby: Say, where are your teammates?

Me: Well, Tenka went off to make sure the faunus girl he helped was okay, Mitchell and Rachel went back to my dorm to do some studies about today's class. By the way, where are you guys off to? Isn't the dormitory building back that way?

I pointed my finger towards where the dorm building would be to prove my point.

Ruby: Yeah, well we decided to go around town for a while, since we still have a bit of time before bed. Wanna tag along?

Me: Yeah, sure. Seems like a good idea to kill the time. Let's go.

Me and the rest of Team RWBY started walking towards where the shuttle station of the academy would be so we could all head into town. After a while, me and Team RWBY had made it to town. It wasn't long before I heard Ruby's stomach grumble in hunger. We all stopped in our tracks as we all looked at Ruby, who was clearly blushing in embarrassment, and actually started laughing, which made her entire face even more red.

Ruby: Cut it out! It's not funny!

Me and the others began to hold in our laughter as I wiped the tears out of my eyes from laughing.

Me: S-Sorry. It's just that...... Didn't you had lunch awhile ago?

Ruby: Yeah, I did. It's just....When I saw all those cookies there across on the street.

Me: Huh?

I turned to where Ruby had mentioned, and, true to her word, there it was. It was a cafe filled to the brim with people.

Me: Well, it couldn't hurt to check it out.

With that we began crossing the street as Team RWBY and I made our way towards the cafe.

While browsing around the cafe for a while, Team RWBY went off to help themselves with food. Meanwhile, I found out that the cafe was run by an ex-Huntress. The cafe is a cacophony of loud chatter, each table a cosseted huddle of people raising their voices to be heard above the din. Above all, It was just a normal cafe. I then decided to check on the girls, who were lined up on the counter.

Ruby: Ma'am! How much for those cookies?

She asked as she points at the chocolate chip cookies.

Woman: Those would be 15 lien each!

RWBY: 15 Lien?!

They yelled this as they felt their jaw dropped.

Woman: Yes, you see. The flour we used were highly milled in Vacuo, and the chocolate chips we're imported in Atlas.

Yang: WELL, looks like you can't get them today sis...

Ruby: Aww.... B-But---

Weiss: Face it Ruby, lesser cookies were already made, because lesser people choose to be bakers nowadays.

Woman: True....

While the whole of team RWBY were arguing, I decided to help myself with a few provisions.

Me: I'd like to have three of those Chocolate Therapy Cookies, if you please. Ooh, and another three of those Oatmeal Hazelnut Cookies, if you have any. (A/N: Don't judge me, I love cookies too, any kind of cookies I love also. XD)

Woman: Okay. Is there anything else you need sir?

Me: Oh, yeah. And all of those chocolate chip cookies. The whole bunch.

The four members of Team RWBY gaped at me incredulously like as if I am going to be a whole package of being a simpleton.

Ruby: A-All of them?!

Woman: Are you sure, sir? They cost 15 lien each.

Me: I wouldn't mind. Besides, they're not for me anyways.

I turned to Ruby, who widened her eyes in surprise, before turning away, trying to hide the red hues that were beginning to appear on her cheeks.

Ruby: A-Are you serious?!

Me: Well, I couldn't just sit back and watch. Besides, you were the one who wanted to come here in the first place.

This caused you two to momentarily stare at each others eyes, before a loud squeal interrupted you both.

Yang: Aw~ Isn't that sweet?

Ruby glared at her as her face went even redder.

Ruby: YANG!!!

Just before I could even inquire the girls what was going on, the woman from before came back with the treats. She told me the overral pric for the treats, and the girls couldn't believe at what they are just about to hear.

Woman: That would be 700 Lien in all, sir.

While the girls stared at me, hoping to catch a reaction out of me, which I react didn't at all. I calmly fished a cheque out of my pocket, which the girls were surprised to see it.

Me: I will be right back, mam.

Woman: Sure

Me: (kiss my first paycheck) to my very first paycheck.... (Points outside of the shop) ...... TO THE TRIDORON MOBILE!!!!!! (activates a gashat, twice)

-FULL TROTTLE DRIVE-

After activating my gashat twice, a red sports car, Tridoron appeared in front of me. I hoped in and drove of to find a bank nearby

-a few minutes later-

I drove back to the same shop and entered into the shop. The girls were surprised to see a bunch of Lien money in my hands.

I gave 820 cash and paid it to the woman. She gave me the change and decided to eat all our delicious treats outside the cafe.

---TIMESKIP---

Me: Man, they sure do make such delicious cookies around here. Maybe I should come back here at least for once in a while.

After I said that, I took another big bite from my cookie, and moaned in delight.

Yang: Then, maybe you can take my sister the next time you come here.

Ruby choked on the cookie she was eating, and her entire face immediately went red after Yang's comment, and pushed Yang to show her annoyance.

Ruby: Yang, just stop! Shadow wouldn't want to come back here with---

Me: Okay.

Yang and Ruby stared at me in surprise at my sudden reply.

Ruby: Wait, what?

Me: I said 'Okay'. I would be happy to come back here with you, Ruby. If it's alright with you and your sister, that is.

Yang: Well, I'm totally great with it!

Ruby looked a little loss of words for what to say. Yang nudged her a little on her shoulder, which made her snap back into reality.

Ruby: Uh... S-Sure! I-I'm great with it too.

Me: Cool! We can try coming back here when we have some spare time to kill. Would that work out for you?

Ruby nodded happily with a serene smile on her face.

Weiss: Ugh, can we please just go now?! It's getting late!

Me: Well, that being said that it is true... (Activates the same Gashat again and the same sports car appears in front of us) ... TO THE TRIDORON MOBILE!!!!

I offered the girls a drive back to Beacon by car. When everyone is on board, I pressed on the accelerator and we sped off to Beacon.

Ruby: (Inner thoughts) This is just the Best . Day . Of my entire life...... EVER!!!

Me: (Inner thoughts) Best day, in my entire life. (smiles)
