So, to recap once again, I DO NOT OWN RWBY AND I DO NOT OWN KAMEN RIDER EX-AID!! RWBY is owned by RoosterTeeth and Kamen Rider is owned by Toei. So, now sit back, enjoy and LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!!!!

3rd Person's POV:

Teams RWBY and STRM, Qrow, Oscar, Maria, Apollonir and Kouta are seen standing outside of the gates to the Atlesian Military base on the island off the coast of Argus, where the gates have just been shut right before their faces.

Yang then puts her hands on the bars of the gate to speak to the guards. 

Yang: Come on! You didn't even hear us out!

Nubuck Guard 1: Our orders are clear: The Mistral-Atlas border is closed!

Said one of the two identical guards behind the gate who spoke.

Nubuck Guard 1: Please—

Nubuck guard 2: —Have a good day!

Yang: But—

Nubuck Guards: A good day!!

Qrow: Hey!

Qrow interjects this time.

Qrow: If you don't wanna believe that I'm friends with Ironwood—

Nubuck Guards: —General Ironwood!

The two guards simultaneously corrected.

Qrow: Yeah, General Ironwood, then fine. But look, we have Weiss Schnee with us and we're trying to get her home safely.

Weiss looks down with reluctance upon hearing Qrow say that.

Kouta: And as a friend to the Schnee Family, Tenka Kaito, and my SON, are here to make our attendance, and we're here trying to get her home, too. I demand an audience with your commanding officer as one of his friends... callsign,... NUMBER TWO!!!!

Kouta declared in an authoritative voice.

Everyone with Kouta looked at him with shocked when he said that.

Tenka: Uhhh, dad... What's Callsign Number Two mean?

Qrow: It means, young Kaito is that he's not just a good friend to the Schnee Family, but was given a Rank as Number Two by Jacques Schnee the freaking self....

S/T/R/M and Weiss: WHAT?!?!?

Team STRM and Weiss exclaimed.

Tenka: H-How?!

Kouta: I'll explain later when we get back, son...

He said as everyone turned their attention back at the guards.

The two guards look to each other before turning their attention back to the group.

(A/N: Nubuck Guards.)

Nubuck Guards: Approach!

They said in unison.

Weiss shares a look with Tenka, who just shrugs. After looking at each other for a brief moment, both Tenka and Weiss then walk up to the gate and the two guards step up and bend down to inspect them. After a moment, both guards stand straight back up.

Nubuck Guards: Very well!

Nubuck Guard 1: You may speak with our commanding officer!

Nubuck Guard 2: We will fetch her at once!

The two guards turn around in sync, and chant "Hup hup hup" and "Atlas Atlas Atlas" as they run to get their superior.

Blake stared at the two guards as they disappeared somewhere. 

Blake: They were... kind of—

Ruby: Super weird? Uh, yeah.

Ruby cuts in.

Mitchell: Not to mention over the top.

Mitchell added.

Shadow: Kinda reminds me of one or a few of your guards eh, dad?

Apollonir: Don't... remind me... though I must admit, if they were to be like them... they'd do a better job like them, but better...

Apollonir said.

Rachel: Ditto...

Rachel replied.

Maria: Hmm...

The old woman narrows her prosthetics eyes, as if in deep thought.

Oscar and Tenka notices this. 

Oscar: What's wrong?

Tenka: Sound like you know her.

Maria: Well, I... may know this commanding officer...

Maria says, rubbing her head.

Ruby: That's good, isn't it?

Ruby says. 

Ruby: If she's your friend, then maybe she'd be more willing to help us.

Maria: I wouldn't exactly call us... 'friends'.

Weiss and Rachel: Acquaintances?

Weiss and Rachel guessed.

Maria: Not quite.

Blake, Tenka and Mitchell: Colleagues?

Blake, Tenka and Mitchell suggested.

Maria: Warmer.

Shadow and Yang: Enemies? 

Shadow and Yang surmised.

Maria clicks her fingers. 

Maria: That's the one!

Shadow shook his head in dismay. 

Shadow: May Oum save us all...

Oscar stares at the old woman in shock. 

Oscar: Wait, what?

Kouta: You have got to be kidding me... how did y-

Maria: Oh, yes. I come through here about once every ten years to get my eyes checked up in Atlas.

Maria says.

Maria: You bring outside cashews on one flight, and suddenly you're placed on the additional screening list for life!

Rachel: That seems a little bit... excessive.

Tenka: Or... I don't know say.... not just excessive but... a little extreme and COMPLETELY INSANE?!?!?!

Rachel and Tenka commented.

Qrow: You've gotta be kidding me...

Qrow groans as he runs a hand over his face, irritated.

Apollonir: This isn't going to go well like I predicted... ugh...

Apollonir said in annoyance.

Maria: Now, now, let's not give up hope yet. Maybe she's dead! 

Maria said.

Upon hearing this, Apollonir facepalmed himself.

Suddenly, the gates open up quickly, and the two guards return.

Nubuck Guard 1: Introducing-

Nubuck Guard 2: -Special operative!

Nubuck Guards: -Caroline Cordovin!

The guards introduced.

Footsteps can be heard approaching before the camera lowers down to reveal a short-statured elderly woman around Maria's age wearing the standard Atlesian officer uniform. With everyone looking down at the woman, Shadow noticed someone with a huge camera labelled, 'ACME Camera-of-Doom'.

Shadow: Uh,... what the- Wile E. Coyote?? What are you doing here and what's with the camera-of-doom facing her, I didn't order the Camera-of-Doom!!

Tenka: Okay.... this is... weird....

Shadow: This is overkill and too much of comedy here! GET RID OF IT!!!!!

I exclaimed.

The Coyote looked at me and look at the camera, for him to have a nervous smile on his face. After a brief moment of staring at Shadow and the Camera-of-Doom, he soon realized that he was at the wrong place, for him to carry the Camera-of-Doom on his back while having to have that razor-sharp teeth smile on his face staring at Shadow while his tip-toe away, then dashes away, for everyone look in confusion except for Cordovin and Maria who had their eyes set at each other like daggers.

Rachel: Weird....

Ruby: Yeah....

Shadow: Correct time... wrong show, dude... ugh....

Just then, Cordovin steps forward and glares at Maria.

(A/N: Caroline Cordovin.)

Cordovin: Witch.

Cordovin scowled at her.

Maria: She-devil.

Maria scowls back.

Cordovin: Hmm. I've seen you've chosen larger contraband to smuggle this time.

Maria: Oh, Cordo. You know they say time changes people, but I see you've still got that stick right up your-

Ruby immediately steps in before Maria could say any further. 

Ruby: H-hello! Miss, uh, Cordovin. My name is Ruby Rose, and I was wondering if you would hear us out about-

Cordovin: I've already heard what your other friends had to say. Miss Rose...

Cordovin looks behind Ruby, noticing Jaune, Nora, Ren standing a little ways away behind the group.

Cordovin: What are you doing back here?! I thought I told you to leave!

Nora tries to charge forward, only for her to be held back by Ren and Jaune.

Nora: And I told you we wouldn't rest until you let us through!

Ren: Nice to see you again as well!

Ren greeted, nervously smiling and waving.

Apollonir and Kouta planted their faces on their palms in exasperation upon seeing this scene in front and further away from them.

Cordovin: Well, Number Two... it has been a while. I thought you were KIA?

Kouta: Long story short... I survived.

Cordovin: I see...

Kouta: I see security is extremely tight ever since that... major incident in Vale.

Cordovin: Part of Protocol by the General!

Cordovin said.

Kouta: I see....

Cordovin: Anyway! You civilians are clearly incapable of comprehending the importance of our mission here in Argus. So, allow me to say this slowly, with smaller words: This base, that relay tower, the very safety of Argus are all gifts from the glorious Kingdom of Atlas! And it is my duty to uphold them, as only I have the wit and tenacity for such a task.

Nubuck Guard 1: Such wit!

Nubuck Guard 2: Such tenacity!

Shadow: Hmm. We love the sound of that.

Maria: Or maybe Atlas just wanted to get you as far from the kingdom as possible.Maria bluntly comments.

Shadow: Maria!!

Shadow exclaimed.

Cordovin growls at Maria in anguish.

Cordovin: You're just like the rest of these Argus ingrates! This city wouldn't even be here if it weren't for our Atlesian ancestors, and what do we get in return? The entire world is ready to put a knife to our throats!

Ruby: Please. We know your Kingdom had nothing to do with the Fall of Beacon. We were there.

Shadow: We all are.

Ruby and Shadow said.

Weiss: No one's happy about the Atlas Borders or the Embargo.

Tenka: We know that General Ironwood is worried. Which is why we including my father, "Callsign Number Two" to you, need to talk to-

Cordovin: The General is no coward! Atlas is strong. If all the Kingdoms plan to make us their enemy, then so be it! Atlas will prevail!

Cordovin exclaimed.

Nubuck Guards: Atlas will prevail!

The guards said.

Yang was unimpressed at what she witnessed.

Yang: Do you guys seriously have to do that?

Kouta: Guys, enough!!!

Kouta exclaimed.

Then, he made his way forward in front of everyone and in front of Cordovin, looking down at her as he had a serious look on his face.

Kouta: Look, Special Operative Cordovin. These are tough times and the odds are against us. We are here with no means of insult or infiltration. We are just here because we are on a mission, and part of the mission is to get to Atlas as soon as possible while we get Weiss, Tenka and myself back to Atlas in the process. I know we all made tons of mistakes but that doesn't mean we can't amend them. So, please S.O. Cordovin. Let us through.

Tenka's father said.

Cordovin sighed at what Kouta said, knowing that what he said is true but still she kept her ground on what she said before.

Cordovin: I'll leave you Kaitos out of this since you know your objectives.... Now! If Ms. Schnee has truly come to her senses and wishes to return to her family, then, of course, the Atlas Military will escort you both and her to her home. But the Kingdom will not be responsible for her friends of... "questionable" character.

She said while glancing at Blake and Mitchell specifically upon saying her last statement.

Yang in a hostile tone asked.

Yang: What does that supposed to mean?

Tenka: Yeah...???

Tenka asked to try prevent Yang from asking more questions with her hostile impression.

(A/N: This scene of Yang's hostility.)

Cordovin: It means we're done here. Until I get your decision, Number Two... Good day to you.

Cordovin said. 

And with a snap of her finger, the gates to the base are then closed shut quickly, leaving the group outside once again as Cordovin and her guards walked away. 

(A/N: Gates of Argus Base closed again.)

Nora: Oh yeah? Well, your base looks... like a big dumb boot!

Jaune gave his teammate a deadpanned look. 

Jaune: Way to show her, Nora...

Ruby, Blake and Yang look to Weiss who looks conflicted.

Weiss: I don't...

Ruby: Weiss.

Ruby starts as her teammates approach Weiss together. 

Ruby: I told you we wouldn't leave your side for a second. We'll find a way to Atlas. Together.

Ruby said.

Tenka: Precisely. You and I always find a way to get out of many obstacles even before we went to Beacon. So, why stop there, Weiss?

Shadow: Tenka's right. We'll all find a way to Atlas, together. And when we do, I think Kouta will love to have a nice chat with Ironwood.

Kouta: Yes. A nice chat indeed...

Tenka, Shadow and Kouta said.

Ruby then placed a hand on Weiss' shoulder, which she smiles at and nods back at her friend, but then Qrow starts to walk away, for Apollonir to take notice of this.

Apollonir: And where might you be going?

Apollonir asks.

Qrow: Somewhere.

Qrow said, to the Elemental Warrior of Flames' annoyance.

Apollonir: Right. Well, we still have to plan on---

Qrow: Plan?

Qrow growled bitterly as he turned his attention to him. 

Qrow: What's there to plan when it just got shut on our face three times over? I'm going for a drink.

Ruby runs over to her uncle, with Shadow and Kouta following behind.

Ruby: Uncle Qrow, I really think we should try and come up with something...

But Qrow continues to walk away before she could finish. 

Ruby: ...together.

Apollonir: I'll look after him. 

Apollonir sighed aggravatingly, clearly fed up at Qrow's attitude right now, as he catches up to him.

Kouta: I'll go with him just in case.

Shadow: Go for it.

Kouta nods.

Then, Kouta soon left to catch up with Shadow's dad who's catching up with Qrow.

Jaune: What's his problem?

Jaune asked, irritated. 

Jaune: It's not your fault we can't go on.

Nora: Hmph!

Nora scoffed. 

Nora: If he's gonna be a jerk then we'll just come up with something without him. I mean, we've got Ozpin with us! He usually knows what to do.

Upon hearing this, Oscar looks down sadly, while everyone all exchange troubled looks with each other, worried about how the others would react with the knowledge they all gained from the entity within the lamp aka, Jinn. Ren, unfortunately, takes notice of everyone's demeanor.

Ren: What is it?

After taking a deep breath, Shadow spoke in a serious, grave tone on behalf of his team and Team RWBY. 

Shadow: There's... something you guys need to know... and for the record there... we should really walk back to the house and sit down for this one...

TIMESKIP:

My POV:

After making their way back at Saphron's home, me and the others began telling Jaune, his teammates and the rest of what they knew, about Ozpin's origin, about Jinn, until they finally told them the harsh, undeniable truth that Salem couldn't be killed.

Clancy: Wow... that's heavy...

Neon: Yeah... very heavy...

Extremely angered by it all, Jaune punches the wall near him, leaving a very large crack in it.

Ruby: Jaune!

Ruby shouted in alarm.

Jaune gritted his teeth as he moved away from the cracked wall. 

Jaune: Everything we did was for nothing!

Blake: That's not true.

Blake insisted.

Mitchell: Sh-She's right! We---

Nora: Really? Cuz it sure does sound like it, Mitchell!

Rachel: Hey, lay off, Nora!

Rachel warned. 

Roland: Guys! Guys! They may have said that Salem can't be killed, but that doesn't mean she's unbeatable. We could still maybe defeat her by, I don't know, seal her away, or... something.

Pallad: Yeah... Yeah! Shadow! Your sister mention before that the gauntlet can be used once or twice depending on what you wish for when you snap your finger and adjust the gauntlet based on what the Titan did, right? Can you do that?

Me: True... but it's not easy. If I do it, it'll cost me my life even if I'm something powerful, though not tested.

Pallad: I see....

Graphite: Then we can only seal her, then...

Ren: But, even if that were to be the case, then how are we supposed to do it? And how is Shadow going to change the Gauntlet function to its said Tyrant's Gauntlet function?

Everyone remains completely silent by Ren's statement.

Jaune: Wow... Great plan everyone!

Jaune sarcastically muttered, rolling his eyes incredulously.

Oscar: Look, none of this is great, we know.

Oscar said. 

Oscar: But we're not the bad guys here.

Jaune: Are we sure about that?

Jaune inquired, his tone becoming alarmingly hostile.

Oscars blinks at Jaune. 

Oscar: What?

Jaune: He's in your head, isn't he? Did you already know about this?

Jaune angrily walks over to Oscar.

Tenka: Jaune? What are you doing?

Weiss: He didn't know any of it!

Weiss insisted, trying to diffuse the situation, but Jaune grabs Oscar and shoves him against the wall, anyway.

(A/N: Jaune grabbing Oscar and shoves him against the wall.)

Jaune: How much longer can we even trust him?!

Ruby: Jaune!

Jay: JAUNE!!! YOU BETTER GET A GRIP AND CHILL THE FUCK OUT!!!!!!

Shido: Fighting amongst each other won't get us anywhere, Jaune!

Crystal Griffon: Jaune, Stop this! It's not worth it!

Rachel: Knock it off!!

Jaune: How do we even know he's really him?! He's really Ozpin?!?!

Tenka: Stand down, Jaune.

Tenka commanded as he stands from his chair, his hands close to the handles of his Tri-Sector Sparrows, with Lazarus doing the same with his spear.

Jaune: What if we have been talking to that liar this whole time?!

Eiji: Hey, knock it off! You're hurting the ki-

Just as Eiji was about to finish, a small beam struck the wall in front of Jaune and behind Oscar, almost missing Jaune by just an inch, to everyone's shock as they turned to see that I was the one who shot that beam. Everyone soon backed away in worry upon seeing that I fired the beam and that I also have red eyes like before but this time with black irises in them, for Jaune and Oscar to look in worry, as well.

Me (Demonic Voice): Jaune... enough... is enough... or I'll have to knock some sense into you...

I said, meaning business.

Jaune, looking back at Oscar, realizing what he has done, released his hold on Oscar with an apologetic look on his face. Jaune then goes upstairs. A door can be heard opening and slamming shut.

(A/N: Jaune letting Oscar go.)

I soon sighed after the dispute ended and after Jaune was heard entering a room, reverting back to my normal self.

Me: Good...

Me (Inner Thoughts): He... really needs time by himself...

I said.

Yang: Is he... gonna be okay?

Nora: I don't know!

Nora yells in exasperation, before she gets up and leaves.

Ren: I... think it would be best if we had some time to ourselves.

Ren also leaves and heads upstairs as well, leaving Teams STRM, RWBY, JEWL, RNHK, the group and Oscar remain in the living room.

Me: So... what now???

Blake: Maybe we could all use some space.

Tenka: Yeah... think it's wise that we all need some time to think this through...

Everyone stays silent. Oscar looks down sadly, not knowing what to make of the situation. Yang and Mitchell decided to console each other while replenishing the stock on the fridge by going out to by some groceries with Blake and Tenka accompanying them, Rachel and Weiss decided to rest in their rooms for now, while Ruby and Shadow went out into the backyard, leaving the entire group in the living room to rest up after witnessing the dispute.

FLASHBACK START:

Minutes after Tenka, Mitchell, Blake and yang left to get groceries, Rachel and Weiss rest in their rooms, I was consoling Oscar who was still in a state of shock, patting him lightly on the shoulder.

Me: It doesn't take a psychiatrist or a Professional Doctor to know you're not feeling okay, right now. So, why don't you get some rest? If you ever need someone to talk to anytime, we're here... I'm here.

Oscar: I... I appreciate it,... Doc. I'll just gather my thoughts for a bit.

Oscar said.

I nod upon hearing his decision in understanding as I lets the boy lounge in the living room for now, planting his face on his palms.

Deciding to give the poor kid some space, I decided to follow Ruby out into the backyard.

FLASHBACK ENDS:

Outside at the Backyard,

3rd Person's POV:

Ruby is seen with her Scroll to her ear, for her lover to take notice of this.

Ruby: Come on, please...

Ruby then takes away her Scroll from her ear, not getting any answer from Qrow, to Shadow's annoyance and to Ruby's annoyance, too for Ruby to yell out.

Ruby: Where are you?!

Ruby throws her Scroll into the Yard, to Shadow's shock of her actions.

Shadow: Rubes... I think you should cool down a bit and maybe... just give Uncle Qrow some time to himself...

Maria: You know, I came out here to avoid the yelling.

Maria said.

Ruby and Shadow noticed Maria sitting next to a small table with a plate of fruits on it.

Shadow: Oh! Forgive us for intruding.

Ruby: Sorry. The others went out to get food for tonight.

Shadow: Yeah.

The lovebirds said.

Maria: Why not go with them?

Maira asked.

Both Ruby and Shadow sat down on the porch.

Ruby: I don't know... I don't know anything.... What do I tell Jaune and Nora when we don't have a plan? Qrow's out drinking, Ozpin hasn't come back and even if he did, I don't know if I could trust him. 

Shadow: Yes... And then there's always Jinn, however... we only have one more question we can ask her.

Shadow said for Ruby to nod at what he said.

Ruby: I... I feel like I'm letting everyone down...Ruby said.

Maria: You know, you don't give enough credit.

Maria said.

Ruby chuckled.

Ruby: Oh... thanks.

Shadow: Uh, Rubes... that wasn't a compliment....

Ruby: Uh... what?

Maria: If I have to explain it to you, it will just defeat the purpose. But if you're tired of not knowing anything, how about we discuss those eyes of yours?

Maria said. 

Ruby stood up, for Shadow to do the same.

Ruby: Oh! Yes, ma'am, I would be honored!

Shadow: Well now. Thank you for giving time in sharing this with us at this moment.

Ruby said and Shadow said, bowing.

Maria: Sit back down, for Pete's sake.

Maria said.

Ruby and Shadow sat down, as instructed by Maria.

(A/N: Maria in the Backyard.)

Maria: Let's start with what you do know. Tell me.

Maria said, for Ruby and Shadow to begin.

Ruby: Uh... Silver-Eyed people are supposed to be Legendary Warriors. Or something. And at the Fall of Beacon, I turned a giant Wyvern into stone.

Shadow: And you disintegrated a horde of Apathy Grimm back at the house.

Both said.

Maria shook her head.

Maria: Oh boy.

She said.

Ruby crossed her arms in a huff.

Ruby: Look, if I already knew everything i wouldn't be asking for help!

Shadow: Rubes...

Maria: Yelling...

Maria said, for Ruby to look back up with a sorrowful expression on her face.

Maria: It's not your fault. I had my father to teach me, and even he didn't have all the answers. But what he told me makes sense, given what I've seen.

She said.

Ruby: Was he a Huntsmen, too?

Ruby ask.

Maria: It wasn't really an official title back then in his day. I only knew him as an old soldier and an excellent teacher. I never attended one of those fancy Academies of yours, but I scored higher on the license exam than any other Huntsman or Huntress that day.

Maria answered.

Shadow: Whoa...

Ruby: You must've been proud.

Shadow: Yeah.

Ruby and Shadow smiled and said.

Maria: Heh, he would've scolded me for showing off. He'd never been able to find much information about our abilities. Just legends of warriors whose eyes shone like mirrors, reflecting the light of the World onto darkness. He found so little, in fact, that it made him cautious. How could such powerful bloodline be so rare? Unless something was actively seeking to destroy them.

Maria said.

Shadow: Salem and her followers...

Shadow said.

Maria: I tried to keep my powers a secret, but as you now know, it wasn't enough. I owe my life to my training, and my Semblance. At the end of the day, those are still your most powerful tools.

Maria continued.

Ruby: What is your Semblance?

Ruby ask.

Then, a lemon is shown dropping from the tree, in which Maria caught it before it could even reach the ground, to Shadow's shock. Maria soon smiled upon seeing Shadow's reaction through her optic eyes.

Maria: Preflexes! A silly name I came up with. hard to explain, but I can sense everything better than most and react to attacks almost before they happen. Combine that with my training and secret ability to turn Grimm to stone, or blind them, or vaporize them. And that's how you become the Grimm Reaper.

Maria answered.

Shadow: I know I have to be serious about this, but still.... wicked....

He said.

Ruby: So, how do I laser beam monsters with my eyeballs?

Ruby ask.

Maria then smacks Ruby on the head with her cane upon hearing the question.

Maria: First, you stop thinking like that! I want you to think of all the times you've triggered your powers. What did those moments have in common?

Maria said.

Ruby rubs her head, for Shadow to take over, helping her to rub her head, as she answers Maria's question.

Ruby: I... was scared, and stressed. Is it emotional? Like unlocking a Semblance?

Maria: It's emotional but more focused than that. Think, what is it that you wanted?

Maria said.

Ruby clenched her hands.

Ruby: I wanted to protect my friends.

Ruby said.

Maria: Precisely! it is the desire to preserve life which fuels the light inside you. And to make no mistake, it is light. Preservation is an extension of creation, or, at the very least, an enemy of destruction. The Creatures of Grimm were made by the God of Darkness, but your light comes from his brother, The God of Light.

Maria said.

Shadow: How do you know that?

Shadow asked Maria.

Maria: I always knew how to use the light, but never why it only worked on the Grimm. Then, Jinn showed us her vision. Were you paying attention?

Ruby closes her eyes and thinks back to when the God of Light destroyed all the Grimm in the Land of Darkness. The God of Light transforms into his dragon form, revealing his own pair of Silver Eyes.

Ruby opened her eyes.

Ruby: The God of Light... His eyes!

Ruby then stands from her seat, with Shadow standing up after her. 

Ruby: Okay, where do we start?

Maria: Well, not here. The light will only work in the presence of Grimm. Meaning the only practice you'll get will be a trial by fire. But, what you can do is focus on creating a state of mind that you can tap into when you need it. Don't think about your light as a means of destroying evil, but as a way to protect the people of Remnant.

Maria said.

Ruby: But, that can't be right.

Shadow: Yeah...

Ruby and Shadow said and implied with one word.

Maria hummed.

Ruby and Shadow then got back to their seats. 

Ruby: You said the light only reacts to Grimm, but... I used it during our battle at Haven. It reacted to Cinder. 

Maria: Interesting... Perhaps there was something that you just weren't seeing?Maria said.

Yang: Ruby!

Ruby: Oh, hey guys.

Ruby greets.

Shadow: You guys are back early...

Shadow commented to the boys and girls who went out.

Tenka: Yeah, a major problem just arose.

Jaune: What's going on?

Jaune inquired.

Blake gives them a solemn look. 

Blake: It's Oscar. He's missing.
