Ability - He can use the FullBottles at his free will without transforming to Build and he can control liquids and solids.

Example: Rabbit and Tank, shake the bottle and the esscence will become liquid. When it reaches to his arms and legs, the liquid will turn solid and he will have Tank Cannons for arms and rabbit legs for legs. That's the combination of two semblances called, 'Build Up' and Matter Manipulation.
