Neo led me to the ice cream shop, to make up for my little mistake a few minutes ago. *sigh* Even so, I would rather go to a place and buy something for breakfast. While we walk, Neo spends most of the trip embracing my arm, while she rests her head on my shoulder. She used to be a more shy girl, shortly after I save her in Atlas Neo became more friendly with me. I still remember that day in the military laboratory where the "chimera project" was made.

(flashback)

Screams of agony were heard in the installations, only the light of the fire illuminated the long corridors. I released the beasts that they created, now they are taking revenge from the scientists and guards who tortured them for so long. One of the soldiers named Roa gave us a meeting point with me and two other people, I assume they will be chimeras too. I honestly can not blame them for wanting to kill those who took everything out of their lives, especially if it's General Stukov *an:wink*. That guy instead of making the decision to kill someone as the last option, he would definitely take a gun and start shooting people one by one. Humans like Stukov do not deserve to live. While I was running through the corridors, I passed through what looked like a medical clinic. But at this point where everything was covered in blood and claw marks, it is a bit difficult to differentiate which is each place. Through one of the windows I saw a girl tied to one of the tables, she was covered in bruises and her eyes were open, those eyes seemed empty as if there was no life in them. I know she was alive because you could still see her breathing. It seems that they were about to take up the experiment with her. I could leave here, but those eyes are like mine when I was a child. She must be praying to any god that someone will save her, take her away from this hell. I bet she never thought that heaven would send her a devil to save her he-he. I kick the door and walked slowly to where she is, her gaze barely turns to me. I must admit that I like her hair, I do not know if it will be natural or result of the tortures of the experiments. I heard that before they improve their bodies, they must pass each one of the subjects of the experiments for physical traumas or in this case mental traumas. The goal of this is to turn them into weapons that ignore the pain and obey every order without thinking twice. Once in front of this girl, I see some notes that say her name is Neo.

Me: Good night little Lady. You are probably wondering who I am and why am I here? Well, you're lucky because I'm here to get every loser out of these facilities. What they do once out of here is not my responsibility. That's why I'll ask you the next question, do you want me to save you?

She tried to speak, but all that came out of her mouth was the sound of grunts of pain. But I did not need her to say anything. Because of that look she had, I could already tell that she was begging me to take her out of here. I cover my hands with my armor, forming a pair of claws and cutting the ties that held Neo. Then I lift her off the table and while holding Neo bridal style, a weak smile appeared on her face. 

Me: Rest for now, once you wake up we'll be out of this dumpster.

(End of the Flashback)

That was a really busy day. But I wake up from my thoughts when I felt something pulling on my jacket. I see Neo smiling at me as she pointed to the ice cream shop. She takes out a notebook and a pencil from her pocket.

(An: I'm just going to write neo as if she were speaking normally, but I hope you understand that she writes what she says in her notebook. It is so that in the future you do not get confused.)

Neo: We are here.

Me: What makes you suspect it?

Neo: Stop joking with sarcasm, you still owe me an ice cream!

Me: Okay, you do not have to get mad at me. 

After about five minutes of waiting in line, it was finally our turn and the salesman looked damn familiar.

Mecha: Can I help you? Sir I've never seen in life and adorable young lady.

(An: Is that... me?)

(Cinder: Revenge!)

Me: I didn't know that a cyborg could serve ice cream.

Mecha: We all have to earn money in some way. Are you going to order something?

Me: Yes, I want a Neapolitan ice cream and an a (f/s) ice cream please.

Mecha: Ok.

After getting our ice cream from that strange cyborg guy. (An: Come on Cinder!) We sat at one of the tables and Neo laid her head on my arm while eating her ice cream. I really enjoy these quiet moments with Neo. What I enjoy the most of her is that we do not have to say anything to the other, it is like we already knew what the other one thinks. I must also admit that she has her childish and adorable side, apart from the sadistic and incredible fighting spirit that Neo demonstrates during her work area. Not only is she beautiful, she is also cute like Ruby... GAH! DUDE YOU STILL HAVEN'T HAD ANY BREAKFAST AND NOW IT'S 10 AM!

Me: Hey Neo, do yo want to eat some brea-

I looked at Neo who had already finished eating her ice cream and took her cherry that she left for the end and she look at me. She ate the cherry and ... well ...

That is a... hot ice cream.

Me: Emmm... 

Neo: *finger on my lips* Shhhh. Just enjoy it.

Neo starts to slowly approach me while his face began to blush and my face too. Our lips were inches from each other, but the alarm of my scroll interrupted the moment. Neo moves away with an expression of disappointment and I read the message that just arrived, it was from Ruby saying that she and her team would go to the docks to receive students from other academies. 

Me: Well, it seems that there will be no breakfast for me today.

Neo: Sorry.

Me: Nah, I had something better than a simple breakfast.

Neo: The ice cream?

Me: You are my favorite ice cream, so yeah.

Neo: *blushing* W-Well, I'll see you later, I suppose. I love you!

Me: *processing information* *slowly blushing*

Neo: *blushing* I-I mean... em... BYE!

She went flying like the wind and left me alone with my thoughts. It's the first time a girl tells me she loves me, besides my mother and sister. it will be better that for now only go to the docks and in the night consult this with the pillow.

AAANNNDDD DONE!!!

Mecha: Sorry that the chapter is short, but I started with the studies back and I already have homework, I'm also a little lazy lately.

Cinder: A little?

Mecha: Oh shut up! Anyway, I would like to know if you guys would like my character to make those short appearances in the story.

Cinder: As if someone wanted to see you in this story.

Mecha: I know of someone who likes to see me in her bed.

*SLAP*

Mecha: Anyway... I LOVE YOU ALL!!!

Cinder: *whispering* *blushing* Baka!
