As we left off, Itadori has gain back consciousness after his battle against Choso. As he woke up, he notices Sukuna took over, and while he was under control. He observes the whole city of Shibuya being burned and destroyed, everything and everyone. He even remembers what Sukuna did, killing both Nanako and Mimiko, Jogo, destroying the city, the battle against Mahoraga, and many more. He couldn't believe it...he didn't know how to react...he didn't knew how to even say about all of the mess....all he can do...is drop down to his knees, feeling weak, and throwing up from the horrifying event that happen. He began scratching the floor and his finger tips began bleeding and started to throw a tantrum...

Itadori: Die! Only me! Just me!! Die!! Right now!!

Meanwhile, through the Shibuya city, there, we see (YN) as well as he was panicking as well, but this time it was for someone who's hurt during Sukuna's Domain. It was Inumaki, the curse speech user, as he was on the floor, lost a whole arm and trying his best to stay alive and (YN) panicking to try his best to heal him up with his reverse cursed energy...

(YN): It's going to be alright! Y-You're gonna be fine Inumaki! J-Just hold on!

Inumaki: S-S..Sa...Salmon-*coughs*

(YN): I..I didn't even knew you were around here! I'm sorry! H-Here, Let's get out of here! I'll get you to  Shoko!

(YN) grabs and carries Inumaki and to run over to Shoko and Yaga...as he does, he started to looo around the destruction of Shibuya, buildings collapses, burned down, and dead citizens. (YN) couldn't bear to see all of it, he felt so horrible for them the fact he didn't knew there were even people inside the buildings during his fight with Mahoraga. And the fact he didn't even bother helping them out...

Venom: Don't look. Just keep going.

(YN): Why would you say that?!

Venom: There's nothing for us we can do (YN). It's too late now, just be lucky your friend here and Megumi are alive still.

(YN): Y-Yea, but everyone else here...the people...the mothers...the fathers...the poor kids...what about their pets?! We can check if there's anyone alive-

Venom: (YN)!! Just...Just forget it. Look around you, do you think it's possible to fix all this?!

(YN): .....

Venom: It's too late, there isn't ouch we can do other than taking your friend here to get treated, and let us hope Megumi is safe as well now that the Shikigami is defeated.

(YN): .....you're right...

Then surprisingly, some of the one of Ichiji's associates arrive and spot (YN) holding Inumaki....

Associate #2: Hey you!

Associate #4: Wait, you're from Jujutsu High, special grade (YN), right??

(YN): Please! Help Inumaki!

One of the associates quickly grabbed Inumaki by the arms...

Associate #1: We'll take him to treat him the best we can!

(YN): Please do everything you can.

Associate #3: We'll try. Besides, you need to get going. Your friends and Allie's are still around here.

(YN): Wait, where's Gojo?!

Associate #4: Haven't you heard? He's been sealed up.

(YN): What!?

Associate #3: That's all you have to know, we have to take your classmate here to Shoko! Just get out of here and find the others. They'll tell you the rest. Be careful

The associates make a run for it, taking Inamki with them to get treated...

(YN) stood there, unleashed to hear his teacher, Satoru Gojo, the strongest sorcerer, sealed up, meaning for him, he's been "defeated".

Venom: Shit, now we know why we haven't heard or seen him around ever since.

(YN): ........

Venom: (YN), again, don't think about it much. We-

(YN):  I know...but, It's my fault.

Venom: What??

(YN): All of this....i didn't even try to help everyone out during the battle, not even save Inumaki...I could've done something...I...got them all killed...my actions during the battle...caused all of this too...

Venom: .....

(YN): But, you're right...don't think of it anymore, but the guilt still holds onto me....

Back with Itadori, he still felt utterly guilt and blames himself for the actions of Sukuna...but he stopped for a sec...

Itadori: ....I have to go....i must fight....

Back with (YN)...

(YN): ...I have to keep going....have to fight...find Nobara and the others...

In both parallel perspectives...

(YN)/Itadori: ...I'm nothing but a murderer.
