Backstory: Leo is a Saiyan Divine Moth Hybrid born with Limitless potential much like Mega Man X and Simon from Gurren Lagann. His potential was so high that he is capable of being the first Saiyan Hybrid to reach the level of Godhood.

Backstory of how Leo and 18 met: this was during the Android/Perfect Cell Saga. The Z fighters met Leo's future half brother. Trunks. Future Trunks. He informed the Z fighters of what happens to the future if the androids were set free. And all that. When 18 saw Leo first glance. She was head over heels for him. Leo didn't wanna show it but he suddenly fell in love with 18 as well. After the cell saga. 18 and Leo confessed to each other and would spend the rest of they're life as a new couple.

Attacks/Techniques:

Fake Reflection: If need to be Leo has the ability to change his colors, becoming virtually invisible via camouflage.

Petit Railgun: Leo can fire a highly explosive beam of green from his chest.

Excel Strings: as a larva/Baby Leo Leo sprays his opponents with a stream of silk launched from his mouth as a ranged attack to entrap or disorient an enemy. Additionally, his spray unleashed multicolored electrical aftershock.

Energy Weaponry/Attacks:

Cross heat Laser: Leo can fire three, blue-colored, explosive beams of energy from the three beads on his forehead.

Lightning Hurricane: Leo unleashes which is jade bolts of lightning from his wings.

Sparkling Pile Load: Leo Leo can fire a highly explosive beam of green energy from his chest which can be also released as a series of cascading shafts of powerful blue energy that can split the earth as bolts flicker across his wings.

Illusion Mirage, Supreme Defencer, Multi Halation Flash: if necessary Leo is able to use and and inwhich Mothra breaks apart into thousands of smaller 30.5cm Mothras, which can attack opponents with blankets of explosions.

Rolling Shine Arrow: Leo can perform this attack by flying straight up and spinning to release several jade rings from his body.

Excel Dash/ Excel Flash Dash: Leo can perform an enhanced melee attack by charging himself with energy and flying at mach 85 for up to 65 seconds

Shine Strike Buster: Leo is able to perform an attack by raining down powder in a circle, and then from the center of the circle, a giant beam of blistering emerald energy will burst forth from the sky.

Rebounding Scales: Leo is able to release green powder from his wings which can reflect energy attacks as well as weaken and cause pain to his opponent.

Nature Revival: By flying over badly damaged and burnt areas of forest or injured opponents, Leo is able to speed the growing process of plants and return life to vegetation.

Rainbow Buster: Leo can fire a beam pulser. He can also fire Mothra can fire twin, explosive blasts of multi-colored energy from his wings.

Aurora power: Via creating gold energy rings and dropping them onto opponents, Rainbow Leo can encase them in a levitation field which allows him to transport anything he desires. It is a type of telekinesis.

Ki attacks/Techniques:

Ki blasts: Orbs of Ki he shoots out of his hands.

Galick Gun: taught by his father. Leo curls his fingers and places both his hands together at chest level facing the same direction (so that the palm of one hand is on the back of the other). Then, once enough ki is gathered, he thrusts both hands forward to fire a powerful blast of energy. The result is a powerful, huge, fuchsia-colored ki beam that emanates from his hands and body. It is capable of destroying large planets if enough power is put into it.

Final Galick Cannon:Leo. charges at the opponent and punches them in their face. Then, he attacks the opponent with a rapid barrage of punches and kicks before punching them in their stomach. Finally, Vegeta charges purple energy in his fist and fires the energy in the form of a Galick Gun through the opponent's stomach, inflicting a great deal of damage.

Final Burst Cannon: To perform the attack, Leo draws his hands out to his sides as he powers up, creating an enormous whitish-purple aura around his body. Then, he throws his arms out in front of him and fires a large Galick Gun energy wave at the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage.

Galick Blazer: Leo shoots the attack from one hand, with the other arm supporting the one that is firing the attack.

Double Galick Cannon: First Leo charges at the opponent, but stops right in front of them and places both of his hands on the opponent's chest. Then, he charges yellow energy in his hands. Finally, Vegeta fires the yellow energy in the form of a massive energy wave against the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage.

And every other Technique Vegeta has used.

Hakai: an orb of destruction Leo uses.

Hakai(Final Kamehameha and Big Bang Kamehameha): These versions are powerful than the Kamehameha version.

Mental Abilities:

Absolutely High Willpower: Leo's Willpower is mainly fueled by his pride as the prince of the Saiyans, is such that he can stand great physical and mental stress.

Genius of Combat: Leo is a brilliant tactician having shown his skills many times on the battlefield. He was able to trick Dr. Gero into retreating using reverse psychology.

Ultra Ego: while in his Ultra ego form. Leo gains the ability to get stronger as his fighting spirit and damage increases.
