I don't know why I made him but here he is... and yes when he dies he comes back and he does control fire and can levitate and stuff that looks like he can fly but he has no wings... he has fire coming out of one of his eyes showing he's using or is going to use fire magic...

And yes the Phoenix behind him is crap... I tried... and is hair is poofy...

Also he was made with scented and sparkly gel pens and alcohol based markers...
