Deruta shouts causing the surrounding air around him to chill someone to the bone and to have chilling shout as a ice like dragon forms from the ice and his soul as the chaos bringer comes closer with a blade in their hands their eyes like gleaming rubies in the shadows as they soon charged to attack causing Deruta to dodge and be hit by the blade to the side. Deruta's ice dragon brings it's tail and strikes the chaos bringer down and makes sure they don't run off before they can be punished "what caused you to bring this pain...?" Deruta spoke but he received no answer as he puts cuffs on the being and wanting to know what Astral, Icevair, and B wish to befall this being who dared challenge their peace and order.

(This sketch took me at least three hours geez... well... basically this chaos happened when Deruta went to check out the market and in a short amount of time a bit of damage has been done and it would be a team effort to repair and help the ones who lost their loved ones...)
