(This is RP capable though I suggest reading what I put for the reason why Endrik looks upset...)

Endrik heared what the enderman were saying... saying he was a freak... a mutt and that he shouldn't be in the high ranks... Endrik didn't really care for the insults aimed at him but when the enderman started to talk terrible about his parents made him upset they were saying that Marker his dad is terrible excuse and that he isn't pure ender and that in itself is a disgrace though most of the insults went to Endrik  and saying that he was a disgrace and he shouldn't have been born making Endrik lock himself away and is crying and doesn't unlock his door.
