Here is a tutorial for @maansi_srivastava.

First open Phonto

Second click the image and press: "Add Text."

After you have added your text, click it and press style

After changing the color click on the tab labeled "style".

At the bottom click option four or five.

The circled area can be used to change the color with colors you have saved since you don't ave a color wheel.
The "X" scale moves it side to side.
The "Y" scale moves it up and down.
