Reader's POV
Me and Gladion went back to his place was I misunderstood or something. Gladion said he likes me no loves me but is it really true.

Back in Kanto I love this person named Red he was champion of the Kanto region. However me and mom need to move for some reason. But after some time I got over him but still what does this feeling even mean will there be a chance in my life that I will be loved?

Gladion's POV
"(Y/N) . . ." I said as I was walking around Konikoni city. Why did I say I love her? Does this mean and the feeling of love? Ever since I was young my mother never really loved me and Lillie she would show happiness but not love. Sometimes I always wondered what does it feel like being loved? I think about (Y/N) because she is . . . . UGH! What am I saying I mean she is not use to me yet. She already lost her parents mother left father abused her. Must be hard for her then me like my mother never cares but my father. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . he . . . . . . . did . . .

Tears start to fall from my eyes I miss my father he cared for me and Lillie he showed love to us. I ran out of Konikoni city luckily it was dark so no one saw my tears I went inside the graveyard since its nearby wear I am running. I went inside hide behind a tree and let my years fall.

Reader's POV
I went outside and walked to Konikoni city it was dark and pretty out no one will be sad I see children laughing and running having fun. Then as I got out of Konikoni city I heard someone crying. I followed where the sound was coming from and I saw Gladion crying.

I ran up to Gladion and sat down beside him. "Gladion are you ok?" I questioned him as he answered back. "Yes I am fine."
"No you are not Gladion please tell me what is wrong I may help you."
"NO I SAID I AM FINE (Y/N)!" Gladion yelled at me which made me cry but I tried to get him to tell me. "Please Gladion please let me help you." I said as Gladion was silent for a moment thinking.

Gladion's POV
Damn it Gladion why did you have to yell at her. I was thinking about what she said through my mind. She wants to help me but I said no but she really cares about you and . . . . . . . Wait . . . Does she care about me? I said as I look down at (Y/N) she looks cute and all. So I continue to think until I found my words.

"Ok I will tell you." I said as she looked up at me.

No one's POV
Flashback
"Daddy! Daddy!" Gladion and Lillie both ran up to there daddy they were both 5 years old. "Lillie! Gladion! How are my two Stuffle doing?" Thier daddy said as he patted thier heads. Lusamine came along and she greeted her husband. "Welcome home honey! How was your work?" She said as he told responded to her. "Same as always and I am going to travel the Exceggtor Island to do some research will you be fine on your own taking care of the Aether foundation and the children?" He said as Lusamine gave him a yes as an answer.

After what he said he went on a ship to go to the Exceggtor Island it was stormy that day and the waves were strong. One of the lightning struck the ship causing the ship to sink. Gladion's father went missing that day the news was said that some of the people were dead some were alive and some disappeared with out a trace. Lusamine was heart broken that very day and took her cold hearted self towards Lillie and Gladion. Lillie was crying her tears out that thier father was gone. While Gladion was cold and dark that is where Gladion and Lillie stopped getting thier caring and love by there mother.

Reader's POV
Gladion's side broke my heart he never knew what it felt to be loved. "Gladion I am so sorry." I said as I patted his back. "It's ok (Y/N) I really appreciate it." He said which that made me smile.
