▬▬▬▬ 💜 ▬▬▬▬

If there was one thing I noticed, Giyeon had been quiet as soon as I set foot in his restaurant. Sure, it was a busy day considering that I had come in during rush hour, but I felt like something wasn't right.

His smile wasn't there like the first time I met him in this place and it almost seems like he wanted to rest after tending to the customers. I could see how he soon sat down after giving out orders, getting his portable fan out of the counter, and pointed it right towards him to cool down.

Knowing that it truly was a bit exhausting to handle a restaurant, I lend him a hand. Maybe I could at least take the orders just like I did with Shin.

When he noticed this, he shook his head and waved his hand to mention me to stop. "Don't worry, I got this."

"No, let me help you out a bit. You need to relax for a second and catch a breath, alright?" I assured him before asking him the table number.

At first, he hesitated. He was just like Shin, not knowing if he'd just let me handle the other stuff or if he'd take it instead. His eyes cast over the customers and then back at me, with uncertainty visible in his features.

But when I gave him a look, he decided not to push my limits and answered. "Table Eight. Right there."

He didn't exactly point his hand but he did stare in the direction, which was enough for me to give the meals to the customers on time.

It didn't take long before the customers eventually left and there were at least seven tables filled inside the café - to which I came right to approach Giyeon again.

Though, he retreated to the back instead of finishing the sketch that was on the counter.

When I tried to peek in, I noticed he had only grabbed a glass of water before coming right back out.

"You've been awfully quiet for a while," I couldn't help but comment before raising an eyebrow. "Something bothering you?"

"No, I'm just...taking a little break for myself," he replied before taking a sip of his water and shrugged. He relaxed his arms on the counter and looked at the customers around before he sighed.

"Figured I might try to focus on the restaurant during the busy hours."

"I didn't really notice that I hadn't talked to the others much..." he trailed off and I could hear the questioning tone as if he was thinking deeply if he should regret doing that. I took a deep breath.

Right now, I couldn't pressure him to start a conversation with the other chefs. That would sound so rude. After all, it's not bad to take a break during free time. It might be better for him to regain his energy.

Recharge a little bit — since he was still managing a busy restaurant at this time of day. He needed that.

But, I guess I could just tell him about what was happening with Yohan's realm. He might have an idea about it. Clearing my throat, I tried to talk to him about it.

"I understand that, Giyeon. No worries, it's alright to take a break," I reassured him before I opened up about the situation.

"Though, I was thinking if you have any idea why Yohan's realm is acting up?"

Giyeon's eyebrow raised as he sets the glass down. This time, he looked around, trying to see if there were people listening in before crossing his arms. "Acting up? In what way?"

"He said that Minho and Shin's realm kept on appearing plus he can't seem to find his own," I explained before continuing.

"He even said he saw a few bunnies entering his restaurant. Mind you, it was Shin's."

"I guess I haven't really been too active..." Giyeon's words made me ponder as he stood up and reached out for his phone. His hands then mentioned me to sit on one of the tables as he dialed up someone's number.

I then saw him finally approaching me before he carefully dragged the chair and sat down right across me. His hands went to press the speaker button but made sure that the volume wasn't too high for the other customers to hear.

Before someone could even pick up, Giyeon shortly explained why his reaction was like that. But, I wasn't aware that their actual existence affects the whole realm they created.

"You see, the realms aren't just a place for relaxation and a place that defines us," he told me before he sighed. "It's more like a connected place that goes all the long way."

"Remember Minho's realm? Mountain. Next to that, the waterfalls. Daewon hyung. Close to that is mine and Shin's. Then there goes, Yohan."

When he finally said that, everything clicked. Looking over to my right to see his untouched sketchpad, I realized something. I then turned back my attention to Giyeon and frowned. "You've lost connection to the two things you've loved to do."

"I haven't sketched anything for a while plus I haven't talked to the others for most likely a week now unless together on the house."

"So, yes, I guess I've lost a bit of the spark." Giyeon shrugged before he sighed.

Someone had finally answered the call, surprising us both. That wasn't really there before. We must've forgotten we were calling.

Wait, if we were talking about the realms, then somebody must've heard the whole thing from the other side.

I wanted to speak so badly but I kept my mouth shut. It would be better if Giyeon handle this one. Though, the caller didn't really say anything at first. All I could hear was breathing before someone finally did try to start the conversation.

"Giyeon hyung." I could hear Yohan from the other side of the line as Giyeon only looked away. I'm guessing he was feeling a bit sad.

Then, came Shin's voice.

"I think it would be best hyung if we'd talk. Even just a bit of a message. We would love to check how you are." Judging by how small their messages were, the other two were just listening in. Giyeon hesitated at first before he decided to open up.

"I'm doing alright. I guess I've been a bit preoccupied from the job, I wasn't able to do the things I usually do." Another pause before he continued.

"You don't have to worry about me, really. I'll try to take one step at a time and get back on track. Just, a little bit of a break then come back."

Daewon suddenly interrupted.

"Have a little bit of rest, Giyeon. Then come back. It would be nice to catch up again with you."
