During the night at the museum of natural history a professor is walking down the halls showing Velma, Fred, and daphne in disguise
While shaggy and Dakota are in cavemen clothing while shaggy holds a club and Dakota holding a fake spear while Scooby Doo wearing a saber-tooth tiger fur pelt ready to pounce on the two the professor hears the doors of two sarcophagus open and turns around quickly while also backing up slowly

Professor: Is anyone there

As he backs up his back hits a button to activate the sound on the stage scooby, shaggy, and Dakota are on as the professor jumps

Narrator: Early man struggle for survival was a harsh one

Professor: Gahhh

Narrator: Threats to his existence were everywhere

Professor: *sighs* I really must switch to decaf

Narrator: Fortunately man had his greater intelligence to help him survive it is with the use of tools that humans learn to overcome there savage enemies please move to the next exhibit

As the audio continues the sarcophagus open more having the trio shaking in fear until shaggy and Dakota spoke

Shaggy: P-p-p Professor

Dakota: Behind you

Professor: Gah

Monsters: Grah

Professor: Gah

As the professor runs away the trio distract the monsters

Shag,Scoob,Dakota: Yikes

Shaggy: *gulp* Like, stay right there

As the monsters walk closer the trio throws what the had and it failed horribly

Scooby: Raggy

Dakota: Now scoob

Scooby then pulled a string which released a net and trapped the monsters

Shaggy and Scooby: YES

Shaggy: The trap worked guys

Dakota: Of course it did now up top

As the three hive each other none of them notice they're escaping

Shaggy: Your the man scoob

Dakota: Definitely

Scooby: Your the man rehehe

Just then the monsters tap their shoulders getting their attention

Monsters: Grah

Shaggy,Scooby and Dakota: YAHHHH

Just before they can get hit with the monsters weapons they run away splitting up

As shaggy, Scooby, and Dakota all run in different directions they find each other at tourture exhibit and no where to hide they wait for their doom until they realize the monsters are captured and the rest of the gang walk up to them

Fred: Nice going guys you caught them

Dakota: Uh right no problem Freddie

Shaggy: Like we had a little help

As the mysterious man walks out both Velma and Dakota are shocked

Daphne: Who are you

Velma: I don't believe it your...

Velma than gets cut off by Dakota who wraps the man in a hug causing confusion for the gang until he shouts

Dakota: UNCLE BEN

Everyone: Uncle?!

Dakota: Oh heh sorry guys this is Ben Ravencroft one of the most brilliant horror story writers ever and my uncle. Uncle Ben this is...

Ben then starts to say the names of all Dakota's friends

Ben: Velma, Daphne, Fred, and of course shaggy and Scooby

Ben: Now let's see who these are

As Velma and Ben unmask the monsters it turns out to be two people

Professor: *gasps* It's Perkins

Velma: And grizwald disgruntled archeologists from the museum's babaloian project they were upset for you cutting their funding dr.dean

Perkins: And we would've gotten away with it to if it wasn't for this meddling... writer

Saying that caused everyone to get shocked a little

Shaggy: Like that's a twist

Dakota: You can say that again

Fred: Yeah well at least he didn't call us kids I hate that

Dakota: Your not alone with that one

Daphne: Guess you beat us to the punch mr.Ravencroft

Dakota: That's my uncle always one step ahead of everyone, but why are you here

Ben: Sorry I didn't mean to upstage you or have this as a surprise

Fred: So what were you doing here

Ben: I was doing research on my latest novel when I saw the archeologists acting suspiciously I decided to investigate

Velma: Mr.Ravencroft I am a huge fan of your work. I have read all your books which in my opinion are the best horror stories ever written

Daphne: It also explains why Dakota loves to scare

Fred: Speaking of which where is he

As if on que a red glowing velociraptor jumps out from one of the hallways scaring basically everyone, but Ben

Dakota: Haha pretty terrifying huh uncle did I get you this time

Ben: Sorry not yet

Dakota: Aw man

Fred: Where'd you get that

Dakota: Oh I made it for a plan B just in case you know

Ben: Listen Dakota I'm going back to my home town in Massachusetts to my house where I wrote my early books I go there every year for the fall color it's pretty peaceful and relaxing how bout you come back home with your friends

Dakota: *excited gasp* Yes can we guys I can show you the best places from library's to land marks and even the BEST RESTAURANTS in New England

Shaggy: Like we're solved a Scoob

Scooby: Reah

Fred: It sure sounds fun

Daphne: Yeah we use a break from all the mysteries

Dakota: Alright I can't wait to hit the road

Velma: You sure are excited

Dakota: Excited? I'm over excited I really miss oak haven

Fred: Well let's get going guys

Velma: I'll ride with Ben if that's okay Dakota

Dakota: That's okay that just means I can finally be in the front of the Mystery Machine this time

As they have a short laugh they went leave for oak haven
