Description:

SCP [REDACTED] Appears to have no way to speak, and upon touching the black substance, immediately causes death to anyone that SCP [REDACTED] deemed a threat, surprisingly not being used on the Containment Team. His upper torso is covered in the Black Substance, covered any Markings and items in that area.
