Often dragging along poor Miss Dorothea Knightley, Emma enjoys piecing hearts together as one. Emma persuades the unlikely couples while Dorthea comforts them when they are in times of need.

When poor Miss Taylor finds herself wed, Emma is aghast! She promptly parades herself to the Knightley residence to seek her dearest companions advice on the matter.

On the way their she runs into Harriet Smith and Miss Emma Woodhouse has an idea that will change the course of both her and Miss Dorothea Knightley's life.
