Rules of the Blurred Books

Good morning, afternoon, or night! I have worked on this for about half a day and I think it's alright, so here it is.

~

The thing that's blurred is the name of the author, and the first copies of these books all appeared together in a ruin in Yokohama, Japan. The people who found them decided to respect the blurs instead of trying to find the person who wrote it, unknowing, of course, that it was many people, but deciding not to investigate further. Since then, it was a common topic of debate as to why the names were printed at all to simply be blurred beyond human perception. But one thing nobody could argue was that these weren't good books.

They were all brilliant, and millions of copies were made worldwide. Books became more widely read as a result, with some children growing up reading as much as they could, with the desire to read and understand such books as Crime and Punishment or No Longer Human, or kids who didn't read at all and then stumbled upon such creations as Light, Wind, and Dreams, or The Moon, and: Sheep Song and then loved it. Regular books were adored just as much, but most of the world was aware of the utter brilliance of the mysterious "author" of the blurred books.

Then one day in 1912, someone realized something. If all the books were by the same person, why were the blurs of all different proportions to one another? The number of authors of the original blurred books began to be counted, and there were over thirty different people, some had even written two or three books. One blur appeared to have written at least three of the books, titled The Brothers Karamazov, The Idiot, and the most well-known of theirs, Crime and Punishment. Poems appeared on perfectly preserved scrolls, sparkling a bit, just like the books, which appeared in shimmering covers. A particularly accomplished blurred poet had written many of these, including, but most certainly not limited toto, For The Tainted Sorrow, the aforementioned The Moon, and: Sheep Song, and Dusk.

This is a super important concept for the book! If you don't understand, feel free to ask questions. This idea bounced into my head yesterday, and I think it's perfect for the book, so here's the fastest and most efficient explanation I could think of for now.

Lots of love😁💋💘💕
