Yes, tagging is allowed (and encouraged) but if possible I would like you to put a mini version of your form in the comments as well so that everyone can see your OC.  (If your personality paragraphs are really huge, just summarize it). The reason why the face claims are so important is because I would like to create somewhat of a Cast List simply because I think it would be really cool.
