This chapter is pure speculation and headcanon.

Marcos I can't let you go down there and try to interact or be there with Lorna. I know how important this is to you and this is your child but there is a lot to risk. Lorna's abilities for the last few days have been erratic,  spontaneous and much more powerful with a longer range and it's getting out of control.  The baby kicking moves a car.

It took us days to come up with the area she's currently located in. A concrete room with a structure made of reinforced bullet proof glass. But even from there everything metal for miles around is being affected. She's knocked out the power grid and just barging in their could interrupt the Frosts sisters attempt to calm and subdue her while she's in labor.
