Whenever you saw your partner in life, you would never let them go. But, alas, people always make ways to separate the lovers.

Whenever you had a great rival, it would never change right? Alas, the red string of love doesn't allowed you that.

What does these words mean? Are these lies? Or truths?

Luke's POV:

I was having a dreamless sleep until I heard some whispers to my ear.

"Luke~~ Baby wake up~~" a familiar voice said. I groaned and shift to lay on my back.

"5 more minutes" I whispered. Suddenly, a weight jumped into my chest which caused my eyes to open. After I opened my eyes, I saw a beautiful maiden. She's my ex-rival, my ex-best friend, then now, my lover.

"If you're not going to wake up, I'll kiss you" my lover, Kyla said/stated. I smirked and she blushed. I took my chance and we changed positions. She's now beneath me with my hands on both sides of her head.

"You were saying?" I asked as I smirked even more. She placed both of her hands on both of my cheeks and I smiled. She smiled and said.

"Good morning baby" she said.

"Good morning too baby" I replied and I leaned in to kiss her. She kissed back then it turned into french kiss. We broke the kiss and look into each other's eyes.

"I love you Kyla" I said.

"I love you too Luke" she said. As we were about to kiss one more time, a knock on the door was heard.

"I'll get it" I said as I got off of her and walk to the door.

I opened the door and saw my friend, Niño.

"Yo" he said with hand up.

"Yo" I said.

"What are you doing here Niño?" I asked.

"Commander said that we have to gather at the headquarters' training ground" he said.

"What time?" I asked as I started to wonder.

"He said 9 am sharp..." He replied.

"Is everyone else there?" I asked.

"Well everyone is called to go... Have to go.. Bye" he said and he walked away. I puffed my cheeks and ruffle my hair and frustration.

I was getting more worried why our Commander called us. 'Why does he request all of the warriors to go?... Grrrhhh!! No matter what it is I'm not gonna let everyone get hurt... Especially the ones I've loved and cared' I thought to myself as I closed the door and walked to edge of the bed.

"Hey... What's wrong?" Kyla asked.

"Nothing... I'm just... Worried" I said. Kyla crawled to me and hugged me from behind.

"I know you're worried about me... But I'm a warrior!" She said.

"Of course you are... I am even... But I'm also worried about our family and the village" I said as I huffed.

She broke her hug and crossed her arms on her chest.

"Hmph!! Fine you win" she said as she pouted. I smirked and crawled slowly to her.

"Kyla~~" I said in a sing song tone. I wrapped my arms around her and nuzzled my nose on her neck.

"Hah~~ Ahh" she moaned as I start kissing her neck.

"Ahh... Lu-Luke... Ahhhh" she moaned softly as she pulled my hair. It didn't hurt though. I moved my lips down to her shoulder. I kissed it and looked at her face. She looked at me and kissed me.

"Come on... Let's get ready" she said.

"Alright alright... You're the boss" I said as I let go of her and stood up. She punched me on the shoulder playfully after she heard what I said.

"Oi... What was that for?" I asked her and looked at her with a pout on my face. She looked at me then started pinching my cheeks.

"Aren't you sooo cute!! When you pout" she squealed as she pinched my cheeks harder.

"Ow! Ow! Baby it hurts!" I said/shouted.

"Whoops!" She stopped pinching me and made a peace sign.

"Sorry baby" she said and I chuckled softly.

"Alright come on, let's get ready" I said as I wrapped my arm around her waist. She nodded and kissed my cheek.
