The island of winter, is covered with snow and ice all year round even the water around it is frozen 1mile off the coast. Winter island is the smallest island of the four. It is usually about 18 degrees Fahrenheit all year round. If you live here you have the power to control snow and ice. (No making Elsa castle's okay? XD) It can formed right in the palm of your hand and feet. Your skin is paler than pale, and your hair is a very light blonde or a light blue. You can't withstand temperatures of 70 and higher. You need some type of cooling system like a fan or just stating inside. Only a few people have bracelets of dry ice on their wrists preventing them from dying of overheating.
