"Why are you already studying when we haven't started learning anything properly yet?" Ahn Choa asked, handing a triangle-kimbap to her best friend Gong Minjae, whose hair was in a messy ponytail and who was aggressively jotting notes in her notebook. "I am already studying because I need to be the Number One of this class to finally become part of the Drama Club." Minjae looked up and thanked Choa for the Kimbap, opening it slowly and taking a bite of the snack.

"You don't have to fight for a place. You've been part of the assembly for almost half of your Highschool life. You are talented enough. But Mrs. Hwang has never even acknowledged me. I have handed her plenty of scripts I wrote but she always declined me." Minjae pouted with a full mouth before swallowing. "This is why I am studying even before I can fail due to laziness." Minjae finished her explanation and closed her notebook dedicating her attention to her best friend and the snack.

"I get it, I get it." Choa laughed and took a sip from her tea. "I just don't want you to overwork yourself only because you want to join the Drama Club," Choa said when she chuckled. "The newbies don't get along with our boys very good," Choa said and pointed to the back of the classroom where Satoori-guy Park Woojin and his friends started to pick a fight with their class clown Ahn Hyeongseop.

"Ah, they shouldn't mess with Hyeongseop-ah." Minjae simply said and looked at Hyeongseop throwing daggers through his eyes at Park Woojin. "I said I had it first," Hyeongseop said, still calm and collected, while Woojin sighed over-dramatically for the third time in a row. This behavior didn't make Hyeongseop any less annoyed.

"Woojin, leave him." Bucket Hat said but Woojin shook his head. "It's obvious I had the bottle first. He stole it." Woojin exclaimed and Bucket Hat rolled his eyes, while their third friend pushed a ten-thousand won bill in Hyeongseop's hands. "Please buy another one and hand this to Woojin." He simply stated and Hyeongseop through his arms in the air, annoyed by his new classmates.

He threw some cusses at the three guys before leaving the classroom to head to the school shop to buy a new water.

Woojin who now had the bottle of water in his hands sighed and threw it on the other side of the classroom, shocking half of their classmates. "Ya!" Minjae screamed who almost got hit by the bottle. "Calm down!" She screamed and jumped up, dropping her Kimbap. "Minjae!" Choa squeaked but Minjae already got to the other side of the classroom and pushed Woojin. "That could've hit me in the face!" She screamed. Woojin only cocked an eyebrow and pushed Minjae off him. "Were you aware of me sitting there?" She asked angrily and Woojin simply chuckled. "I don't care." He chuckled and pushed Minjae away before leaving the classroom by himself.

Minjae looked at Bucket Hat and the other one and studied their name tags: Bae Jinyoung and Park Jihoon. The boys simply sighed before calling Woojin and following him out of the classroom.

The other classmates started discussing the behavior of their new classmates and started cussing, while Minjae sighed and fixed her uniform. "He's going to get himself in trouble if he keeps acting like this. It's only the first day and he acts like he owns this room." She growled and walked over to the bottle that was still on the floor close to her table. She picked it up and walked back to Park Woojin's seat setting it on the table.

"Don't be too nice to him, Gong Minjae." Joo Haknyeon spoke and Minjae only rolled her eyes. "He probably has his reasons to act like that." She answered and walked back to her seat to finish her Kimbap and continue to study.

Woojin, on the other hand, ran through the school gardens and started kicking an old tree when Jihoon and Jinyoung reached him. "Ya! Park Woojin that was stupid, ok?" Jihoon spoke and shook Woojin's shoulders when he realized how angry Woojin looked. Jihoon sighed. "You've been extremely tensed today. What happened?" Jihoon asked and sat down next to his best friend; Jinyoung following his Hyungs example.

"That asshole came by this morning to congratulate me for jumping to a better grade," Woojin said. "I was happy he congratulated me. He even gave me a new pair of sneakers but then he started a fight with Eomma or Eomma started a fight with him and she kicked him out and told him that it's all his fault-" Woojin sighed and looked down. "I hate my parents. Seriously. My summer has been shitty because of their constant fights."

"But now everything is clearing up with their upcoming divorce, right?" Jinyoung asked and Woojin nodded. "The thing is, Eomma hates Appa so damn much. And no matter what Appa does or says Eomma gets all angry. I was really happy when Appa came this morning, but Eomma ruined it for me." He continued to tell his friends. "On the way to school she even told me to stop calling him. I only get stupid from talking to him. He's my father and I can't stand her talking about him like that."

Woojin looked down, heartbroken. "I probably acted like the most stupid person in there." He said and pointed to the classroom before sighing. "Our new classmates probably hate us." He continued and Jinyoung shook his shoulders. "Don't worry about it too much, Hyung." Jinyoung patted Woojin's shoulder. "You have your own problems and they sure get your mind racing. I think they'd understand once they know us better." Jinyoung rambled and Jihoon and Woojin only laughed at the youngers words.

"Maybe you can talk to your Mother and get her to agree so you can see your Dad from time to time?" Jihoon asked and Woojin shook his head. "I don't really want to see him that often. It's just I love him he's my Dad. But I also understand Eomma's point of view. I mean he cheated like a disgusting bastard." Woojin scoffed and sighed once more when the school bell rang. "I think we have to head inside before Mrs. Hwang kills us," Jinyoung exclaimed and the three started heading back to the classroom.

Woojin widened his eyes a little when he saw the water bottle on his table. He looked around the classroom and wondered who had picked it up for him, but then Teacher Hwang entered the classroom once again and he sat down and let his wandering eyes stop at his History books.
