I didn't all remember what happened last night.
Only screaming, crying, and the note.
I woke up in a start and looked around.
Where was I?
Oh, I was back in our room.
Jack was getting ready in the bathroom.
I walked into the bathroom.
"What are you doing up this early?" I asked.
"We need to find Chantelle." He said.
"Seeeaaannnn," I said. "I'm tiiirreeedddd. I wanna go back to sleeeppppp."
"You want the kids or not?" He asked.
I got a boost of energy and quickly got ready.
I drove to Mark's while Jack called him, so he could be ready.
We got there in a flash, Jack and I switched spots while Signe and Mark were in the back.
I picked up the note.
"Sam.. Tiffany.." I muttered.
"You okay, Y/N?" Asked Mark.
"Yeah, I'm fine.." I looked out the window.
"Jack." I said after a while.
"Yeah."
"The note looked like it was written with charcoal,"
"Mm hmm.."
"She might as well be at the abandoned art store."
Jack slammed on the breaks in the middle of the dark street.
"No." He said.
"Yes, haven't you always wanted to be a father?" I asked with pure love in my eyes.
"Oh.." was all he said.
He turned the car around to the store.
We soon arrived in the parking lot.
Jack opened the trunk to reveal a few crowbars, an axe, a hand gun, rifle, and a shovel.
Mark and Signe dove for the weapons.
"Whyyy is this in here?" I asked.
"The apocalypse." Jack simply answered.
I gave him a look before grabbing the axe.
"Plus, I'm not going inside." He said.
Signe lightly hit him on the back of the head with the crowbar.
"Ow," Jack exclaimed. "This is why we broke up."
"Oh, shush." Signe huffed and climbed over the fence.
"Fine, Im coming." Jack pulled a Katana out of his pant leg.
"WHY THE HELL DO YOU HAVE A KATANA IN YOUR PANT LEG?!" I yelled.
He just rolled his eyes and climbed over the fence with Mark.
I followed.
Signe broke open the window to get inside and unlock the door.
We all walked inside.
Mark tried turning on the lights.
They turned on.
Somewhere from the back of the store, a gun shot all of the lights out.
Except one.
I heard crying.
"KIDS!!" I yelled, rushing to the back.
"Y/N!" They all called, rushing after me.
There were shelves circling the area I heard the cries from.
I kicked one down.
I landed with a thud and paints spilled everywhere.
"SAM, TIFFANY!" I cried.
Chantelle was holding them in her arm.
She had a gun pointed at me.
"Game Over."
