Fucking Assholes

Jaxs pov

While laying on my bed , I thought of Allison and my parents. It's been 6 years today and I didn't even care. I was okay with it being me and Marcus. I would always be okay with it being just me and Marcus but I was knocked out of that thought by Someone knocking on my door

"Come in" i exclaimed and turned to see Marcus leaning on my door side staring at me

"Yes my dear brother" I asked him in a posh accent and he laughed softly

"Can you go out and find some mint?" He asked me and I sat up confused

"Ugh sure but for what?" I asked him and he smiled

"That orange mint tea we both like" he stated and I nodded getting off my bed and putting my jacket on

"Yeah I'll be back soon" I said

"Thanks sis"

"No problem" I walked out of my house and down the road where I saw jay , ice and 4 other boys in front of house stealing kids candy and throwing decorations and pumpkins around

"Fucking assholes" I said and went to walk past them but they stopped me

"Hey Santiago where you think you're going?" Ice yelled out to me and everyone in the group turned to me

"None of your business dickweed" I yelled back and they all turned to see a girl walking down the stairs and i noticed max from my class

"Ding-ding. Ding-ding" Ice said to the girl who I assumed was maxs sisters

"Stop and pay the toll, kid" jay said standing up

"Ten chocolate bars. No licorice" Ice said standing up with him

"Dump out your sack" jay said to her kneeling down

"Drop dead. Moron" the girl said to them and they all ooed as I chuckled under my breathe

"You tell 'em girl" I whispered to myself

"Whoa! Ooh!" The guys exclaimed

"Yo, twerp. How'd you like to be hung off that telephone pole?" Ice asked her

"Yeah!" One of the guys said

"I'd just like to see you try because it just so happens I've got my big brother with me, max" she said and I sighed softly

"Oh this is going to end badly" I said and started to walk over but I stopped

"Hollywood! Oh, no!" Jay said and then rang over and grabbed ice

So, you're doing a little trick-or-treating. Ding-dong." Jay asked and then turned to ice doing a pressing motion

"Whoo!" Ice screamed falsely

"I'm just taking my little sister around" max exclaimed getting in jays face

"Mmm. That's nice.Whoa! I love the costume! But what are you supposed to be? A New Kid On The Block?" Jay asked hitting maxs hat

"For your information, he's a Little Leaguer." Dani yelled and they all laughed

Whoa! Ooh, tough guy! I'm a Little Leaguer! Whoa!Yeah!" Jay and the crowd exclaimed as max tried to walk way but Ice put a hand on his chest

"Wait a minute. Everybody pays the toll." Ice says and this is where I step in

"ALRIGHT that's enough, leave them alone" I yelled and the attention turned to me

"Oh Santiago you just had to get involved" jay said and walked over to me

"And you just couldn't be a dick for one night" I said and the others ooed

"Why you little" jay said and raised his fist as I grabbed it and twisted it slightly

"What you wanna do that again?" I asked him and he nodded whimpering

"Too late" I said and punched him in the face making his nose bleed heavily and then I let go of his wrist

"Now get the hell out of here" I said and then looked at the others

"ALL OF YOU" I yelled and they all ran as I turned to Dani and max

"Hey umm..." he trailed off not knowing my name

"Jax" I said and he nodded

"Jax, thanks for that" he said and I smiled softly

"No charge , keep your little sister safe"I said and that's when I noticed her walking towards me as she put her hand out

"I'm Dani" she stated and I smiled grabbing her hand

"Nice to meet you dani I'm Jax" I told her and she smiled at me

"Jax and Max" she said and looked at me and her brother

"Yeah I guess so" I said and she smiled letting go of my hand

"Well I gotta go but be safe" I said and then i walked away from them to the little convenience store at the end of the road
