(Tyler)

It has been two days since we got back together. To think that this guy I was suppose to watch would be the same man that share a bed with and a snake shifter at that. Now, we're already on the search to find more people that are exactly like him.

 There was a phone call and Brass was in the shower clean off his skin. I was tempted but we did so many times my body was beginning to ache.

I quickly answered. "Hello."

"Tyler, it's me. How are you ?"

"Sis, what going on?"

"We're on the elevator to see you."

"Really?"

"Why?"

I didn't expected it to be so soon. But, Brass words came back to me as he wanted to her again.

"No reason. Just give me second to get ready."

A few minutes later all four of us were at the table. My sister shocked face made me almost laugh.

"You're that surprised." Brass replied.

"It's just I never expected my brother to find someone so dangerous and handsome at the same time."

He turns and smiled at me. "Well, he's a keeper. I'm glad that I met him."

"So you two are you going on an adventure right." the doctor replied.

"Something of the sorts. And I even got my job back so I'm taking a personal vacation until I'm back on the force."

"Do you ever had parents, Brass?"

"Once. But, they died in fire." he responded. Brass wanted to give Christie a proper burial. Ethan contacted us and they were going to back and give her final resting place.

"But,it's all right. I've got people that I know now. And maybe I'll find some more."

His hand was on my lap.

"Well promise me, you'll bring me back a souvenir."

"Promise me that you find a decent man. One that won't use you and treasures you."

"Well that's something I won't be doing for while. Today is the day I can go to my home and do some cleaning."

After a while, they said there farewells to us. Brass stood at the window gazing out out the view.

"Something on your mind?"

"I wondered if my parents were still alive. I think my mother would take a liking towards you. My father on the other hand would've be a different story. "

I moved towards him and press my head against his back.

"I'm sure they would have love me."

I kiss the back of his neck. "Now, I think we should go our flight leaves in the night."

(Brass)

We arrived at the airport two early and there was still some time before boarding.

I went around to get a few things and maybe a gift for him.

Then, I notice sense a familiar aura in the store. My attention turned to Trevor  as he was behind me.

"What else did you want from me Trevor. I've already made my decision to do this. I'm not heading back."

"And that I can understand. That's why I want you to have this."

I lean in and open up my hand as he gave a small bracelet that was a shape of snake and emerald in the center.

"It's something to protect you and Tyler if anything happens. I not be there to keep tabs on you. But at least,  I know you're safe."

"Thank you, Trevor."

I slipped it into my pocket and gave a quick hug. "I'll see you around."

I rushed back into the gate just in time for boarding.

Throughout my life, I was brought into this world only for my life to be control by crazy people who only cared for thier well being. But now, I've a new hope in life.

And Tyler and I are off to find people like me. And if they try to interfere or gets near what is mine, let's just say this snake's vemon is worst than it's bite.
