(Please be easy on my readers, I know that this is a character from Ryse Son of Rome but I thought Damocles would be a perfect Servant, plus the Fate series always deals with alternate worlds so I thought, fuck it it why not. This is a passive Noble Phantasm. Once he is killed he reappears right next to his master by materialization. His Noble Phantasm is a dagger he gives to his master (pic below), if that dagger is destroyed he can't come back so the next time he's killed he stays dead.

History: In the 4th century according to legend, Damocles was the revered leader of a vast Roman army. However, during a massive battle, his cowardly commanders abandoned him. Damocles fought hard but was ultimately slain by an enemy spear to the heart. Nemesis, the deity of revenge, was enraged at how he had been treated despite the bravery he valiantly showed.

She permitted him to come back to the world as a vengeful spirit a ghostly black armored centurion who would hunt down and kill each of the commanders who had wronged him for cowardly abandoning him.

Many Roman commanders carry a dagger with the image of Damocles on the scabbard, which serves as a reminder to look after their men, or they would risk the Black Centurion returning from the dead to avenge their selfish mistakes and wrong doings.

Personality: He will protect his master at all costs like a roman Emperor of the past. He's as loyal and vigilant as a Praetorian guard. He genuinely doesn't mind being around other servants and he's calm as a gentle giant but when his master orders him to kill he can do it in the quick and painless way or by the most excruciating death possible. He also likes to stay quiet or when he does talk he says very little, most of the time its hums or groans from him with head nods or shakes along with some gestures in there. For example when he means "I don't know" he does a shoulder shrug with a humming groan. During a battle he is terrifying, he will kill his enemies quickly and efficiently same could be said the same about fighting enemy servants but he fights more cautiously and methodically. But if he fights against a master or servant who has committed great atrocities he will brutalize and maim them without mercy. It gets worse if those atrocities are committed against his master like betrayal because he knows that same feeling. With independent actions he does lightly voice his concerns or opinions if need be.

Appearance: Short black hair with a blue hue, dull emotionless brown eyes with tanned skin. No one knows what he looks like because he always has some type of mask on by either magic or physical means. What he truly looked like was lost to time.

Armor: Raven black Centurion armor with a long tattered black Cape.

Equipment: Two Gladious's and one lightly damaged black Scutum shield.

Casual Wear: Mainly all black, coat with a hood, jeans and steel toed boots, leather gloves, he also has a balaclava with a skull on it. Also still wears a tattered cape that reaches his lower back.
