***Spoilers Ahead***

★ "Close your mouth, Michael. We are still not a codfish."

★ All the call backs to the original movie were wonderful, especially when there were little hints of the original songs at certain parts. (Like the melody from Spoonful of Sugar playing when Jane and Michael first saw Mary Poppins)

★ Jane was so sweet. I adored how she was just so happy that Mary Poppins came back

★ I love Jack's character so so much. Because in the original movie, you had Bert, who seemed like he knew what was going on and seemed very experienced in the field of Mary's magic, but in this, while Jack knows more than the kids, he still has a bit of that childlike wonder. I got so many feels at the end when he said "I promise I won't forget, Mary Poppins."

★ Also Mary's not-so-subtle trying to get him and Jane together cracked me up. And can I please get fanart of young Jack waving up at Jane?

★ I absolutely loved in the Royal Doulton Music Hall song how Mary's voice got sorta deeper and scratchy (there's probably some kind of musical term for that but I don't know what it is) on 'mUsic hall'. I found it hilarious because you have "practically perfect" and proper Mary Poppins doing it

★ Cover is Not the Book is my favorite song.

★ Though I am in love with the entire soundtrack.

★ My friend and I were comparing songs from the original with these new songs.

Lovely London Sky = Chim Chiminy

Trip a Little Light Fantastic = Step In Time

Cover is Not the Book = Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious

Imagine That = Spoonful of Sugar

Where The Lost Things Go = Feed the Birds

Any other comparisons, or if you think that these should be different, tell me!

★ LIN'S RAP OH MY GOODNESS

★ I am determined to memorize it. Also probably the entire soundtrack XD

★ The nice lawyer is an underated character

★ But seriously, why didn't Mary just fly up and turn back Big Ben right away instead of making all the leerys risk their lives??

★ Although the Admiral finally being in time with Big Ben was wonderful to see.

★ Dick Van Dyke was great

★ "a man with a wooden leg named—"

★ I teared up when he was telling the kids about Michael and the toppence

★ Can someone make a meme of at the end when the Admiral tells Jack "Don't you lose her [Jane], son!" and then cut to Hamilton going "cALL ME SON ONE MORE TIME" and caption it "When Lin forgets what show he's in"?

★ So at the end of the first movie Mary's parrot umbrella says how "they didn't even thank her. How's that for gratitude?"
At the end of this movie Jane and Michael say "Thank you, Mary Poppins."
CLOSURE AND FEELS

So basically I am in love with this movie and hope that I can see it again sometime! For those of you who have seen it, what did you think?
