Villain Name: Kamen Rider Ohma Zi-O/Dark Decade

Backstory: Akihiro was a student of Union Academy until he learned that the Union Regime killed his father, Sougo Tokiwa, and uncles, Geiz Myokoin and Woz. He met up with his mother, Tsukuyomi, and remaining uncle, Tsukasa Kadoya. From that day, he vowed revenge against Union, and that's when the Ohma Zi-O Driver appeared on his waist. He trained with his mother and uncle with his new abilities as Ohma Zi-o, as well as his new form, Dark Decade.
