So, the challenge is to make an evil Pokémon team that you would lead. Here's the form, which I changed a little just for more information.

Team Name: Team Light
Reasoning behind name: Normally set to be called Team Photon, the founder thought the name was to pretentious, and decided to tone it down to Team Light. The original name itself was created on the basis that the world was in a dark time, and Team Light would bring it out of that time, and into a greater age.
Goals: To make the world perfect, through any means possible. To make a world without evil. A world without sadness, anger, fear. A world where everyone was only smiling, happy, and equal.
Grunt clothing: The grunts topically wore gender neutral clothes, with only slight differences. Both genders wore white scarves, gloves, and black sneakers. The males wore gray pants, the females wearing gray leggings. All the grunts also wore a black tshirt, and a long, white jacket, the inside being black and the logo of the team on the right shoulder. This jacket has yellow rings on the sleeves of the grunt is male, blue rings if the grunt is female.
Admin clothing: There only being two admins, they got to choose their looks. The male admin wore black pants and shoes, the bottom of the shoes being yellow, a grey tshirt, white gloves with light blue rings on the top of each glove, and a white lab coat with the team logo on the right shoulder. The female admin wears black pants and shoes, a gray bandana around her neck with the logo on it, black fingerless gloves, a white shirt, and a white jacket, often around her waist, with light blue rings on each sleeve and around where the hood meets the jacket.
Logo: The logo is a light blue L, with a black X behind it. The font of the L is simple, almost Ariel, the only difference being the line at the top of it being longer on the left side, making it look similar to a Z.
Common grunt Pokémon: Grunts often have Pokémon that tend to fare well in battle, the most common choice being the Cubone evolutionary line. They also have the Fletchling line, the Growlithe line, the Gabite line, the Zubat line, the Murkrow line, the Slowpoke line, the occasional Lapras,and the Rockruff line.
Admins: There are two admins in Team Light. The male admin is known as Rion, the female being Kine.
Base location: The base is located inside a mountain.
Boss: The boss, of course, would be me. However, as this is Pokémon, you can't go around called Shadow. So, S will suffice. I wear a black hat, have a silver Z Ring on my wrist, have black sneakers, gray pants, a black shirt, and a white jacket, as well as a white scarf, with the logo of Team Light on the other side of it.
Pokémon wanted: Any legendary or strong Pokémon.
