"Is this the place?" 

"Probably is," Shika answered her brother as they looked at the dreary castle ahead. She was worried, yes, but she knew that this was it. To beat Shadousutōkā, they had to go into the castle that seemed way too scary, and beat him without mercy. 

 She was not looking forward to this.

 "If you want to back out of this, you can do so," Natsume looked back at the younger kids of the group. She seemed worried for her brother and Shika.

 She couldn't back down, though, "No thanks. I'm going in with you,"

 "If that's the case, I can't back down either," Keisuke put on a brave face. "

That's sweet, but this place is not the place for pleasantries," Raiden warned

. "Gotta agree with him there," Ryū dug his hands into his pockets as he said this. "If you really can't handle it, stay back." 

"As if I'm going to be scared with this!" She argued.

"Alright then, Shika," Touma stepped in before it really turned into a fight. "We won't push. Let's just go in." 

 A part of her wished that he should have stopped her, because the castle seemed so threatening now. But I can't back down now, she shook her head vehemently. I have to fight, and save everyone! I have to prove everyone wrong! 

 That only served as a temporary motivator, and it showed later on.
