"W-What the..." Ryū held his head, shock clear in his tone as he stumbled away. "What was I doing?"

"You were consumed by your anger," Raiden spoke up. "You... You kinda hurt Tadashi badly." Shika watched her brother slowly turn to his old friend, who was being cared for by Natsume. Blood was seeping out everywhere, from his head to his hands, to his chest to even his legs. He had not spared a body part.

"I-I did that?"

"You did..."

He gripped his head, and tears fell down his cheeks as he stammered, "W-What have I done? I-I hurt my own best friend... M-Maybe he had hurt me, b-but..."

A low chuckle caught them off guard, and they turned to see him smiling quietly.

"I didn't expect anything else, honestly. You deserve to be mad... But why... Why are you so angry at yourself?"

"Why wouldn't I!? You... You probably lied to me that you cared for me... B-But I still consider you a friend!"

Tadashi's eyes widened, and Shika chose that moment to speak up, "Me too... Tadashi, come back to us, please..."

"I may not know you, but it would be nice to have a new friend," Mizuki smiled slightly.

"I agree," Ayame nodded, her lips going upwards as her eyes went bright with some mirthful flames.

"I used to be evil, so I kinda understand," Touma managed to get up from the floor thanks to Akinori's help, even though he still had to hold onto the green-haired male since Touma had been hit by Ryū in an effort to get to him. "But you have to know that mistakes don't define who you are unless you let them. You can turn away from this dark path. You can join us."

"I-I..." Tadashi went quiet. His eyes travelled from each of them, as if searching for any signs of lies. But they were speaking nothing but the truth, so he chuckled once more as he struggled to get up with Natsume's help, saying. "W-Well, I-if you'll have me... I-It would be an honor to fight alongside you."

Shika smiled, relief washing over her as it settled in. It was a bit too fast, but they had managed to get Tadashi on their side.

She honestly believed (wanted to) that he had had that same feeling deep down, knowing subconsciously that Shadousutōkā was a horrible person who had to be stopped. It proved that Tadashi was a good person, through and through.
