The overlay at Dubai was of 14hours and since Jade had no one to accompany her, she simply checked into a nearby hotel and laid down on the bed. Visiting places alone made her feel weird, not that she hated going to places alone, but she was not used it. The bed was comfortable, she plugged in her phone, opened the window and inhaled the fresh air. So this is what independence is all about. Just then the phone rang and it was time to give her parent's some travel updates.

The next flight was at 3am, so she decided to wash up, have her lunch, and then go off to sleep. When she woke up it was already midnight and the night sky looked beautiful from the window. Jade unlocked her phone and started playing Moon from her playlist to get up her energy.
