Manik : "MAA..am fine..".. He said in a slow and soft voice..his one word..was enough..to make her come back to reality..she broke the hug..and both start looking at each other..
Nandini : " tum theek ho?"..she said very calmly..on which he smiled and gestured a yes to her...
She realized ..what she did a minute back..she actually lost all her control..and hugged him tight..but what made her do this?..is she was also craving for him?..yes!..she also craving..the pain is equal in both sides...but the past deeds are not letting them..break the wall..which she time created between them..
She stood up...and manik also tried to stand..but..he wasn't able to ..due to the pain in his legs..the burns were only worsening his condition..but it wasn't gone unnoticed by her ..
She can feel ..every time..he hissed in pain..her heart scream..yell in pain..may be ..he was physically bearing all the pain..but his physical pain ...was giving enormous pain in her heart .
She without second thought..placed her hand on his shoulder..he look at her in hope..in hope..that ..HIS MAA..is going to hold him back..like she used to..3 years back..
Nandini : "you need help..hath pakad lo mera..".. She forwarded her other hand..and he slowly..placed his hand on hers..looking at her..while she was looking in her left side..ignoring him...
Manik : " aaj Jo tumhara hath thama hai..wada karta hoon..I will hold it till my LAST BREATH..",.he in thoughts promised... She can feel his intense gaze on her ..but she didn't reacted..
He with help of her..stood up..he was about to fall back again..but she instantly placed her hand right above his heart..and prevent him from falling..both looked at each other..she can feel his heart beats..
She gently wrapped his hands around her shoulder ..and placed her hand on his back..and her hand hand hold his hand ..which was on her shoulder..
Nandini : "MAIN APKO SICK ROOM TAK LE CHALTI HOON..SIR.."... Her formal tone hurt him to the core..he couldn't bear..her formal attitude towards him..
He unwrapped his arms from her shoulder.. And she looked at him in shock...
Manik : " thank you..but I will manage.."..he said in a stern voice..even not looking at her..she was shocked ..with his sudden change of heart..
Nandini : "but..",, she tried to say something..but he showed her his hand ..as a sign of ..don't say anything..
Manik : " mai nhi chahta..ap ..ek ajnabi ki wajah se pareshan ho jae.."..he said..maintaining a cold tone..she was beyond shock..her heart ache badly..when she heard him addressing himself..as a stranger..
He start moving..taking very slow steps..away from her..leaving her behind..baffled..
Nandini : "kyu khudko dard de rahe ho?..I can't see you like this...KID...".. she thought to herself...
But just when she said in her thoughts..KID..manik stopped in mid way..and turned around ..as if he listened her thoughts...
Manik : " kuch kaha?",.he asked looking at her..
She was firstly taken aback..but instantly composed herself.. And nodded a no..to him..on which..he made a dejected face..
He again turned around and start walking..bearing all the pain..
Manik : "main tumse door sahi..tumhare pas rahoonga..tumhare kareeb rehkar..ab tumhe dard nhi doonga..hoga ab us kahani ka agaz..jis pe har mohabbat karne wale ko naaj hoga...". .. He said this poem in his heart...with a determined look...
She was still standing there...
Nandini : " ho agar meri dua qubool koi..toh us khuda se bas itni iltiza rahegi..meri mohabbat ko kabhi koi dard choo na paye..warna meri saansei tham jayegi..."..she recites the poem in her heart...

Nandini sitting on the chair..but was engrossed in deep thoughts..something was bothering her badly...
She recalled his burned feet..how much pain he was suffering..she shut her eyes tightly..just when she reminisced ..his face..hissing in pain..as If..all the pain he suffered.. Broke her to the core..
Nandini : "kyu?..kisliye?..karhe ho manik..jab mai har pal tumhe apne kareeb chahti thi..tum tab nhi the..fir ab kyu manik..kyu?...".. She said looking at a key ring...which was in her bag..
Nandini : " yeh..tumne mujhe tab diya tha..jab hum pehli bar dost bane de.."..she said with a smile..caressing the key ring..it was a beautiful guitar key ring..on which..friends were engraved..
That souvenir took her to the memory land..the time..which was a bliss..for her..for them..but see the irony..today..all those memories..those promises..haunts her badly...

It was late night..in Malhotra mansion..
Manik was in his room..all ready to leave for the party..as its his best friend..his bro..Cabir's birthday party..
Manik just then received a call from Mahira..
Mahira : "hi baby...".. She said in her ever so over sweet voice... Manik made a irritating face ..looking at mirror..admiring himself ...
Manik : " hi love.."..maintaining his flirting tone..he said in his charming voice...
Mahira : "where are you baby?..am waiting for you..."..
Manik : " love..on my way..have patience.."..he said with a smirk..then took a last glance of himself...
He was actually looking breath taking..in his white coat ..black t..inside and a grayish jeans..
Mahira : "am dying to see you baby...".. She said with a smile and wink at her friends..
Manik : " no love..I won't let you die..at least not till ..I won't reach there.."..he said with a sarcasm...
Mahira : "matlab?...".. She asked...in confusion...
Manik smiled smugly and picked up his car keys..and start walking downstairs...
Manik : " matlab..just wait..I promise..today's night..you will remember all your life..."..he again said in a sarcastic tone..and that dumb bimbo..didn't get the hidden meaning...
Mahira : "then..am waiting...impatiently...".. She said in excitement.. He chuckled hearing her exciting tone..he then hung up the call after reaching..his car...
He sat inside the car..and smiled looking at the mirror of car..
Manik : " Mahira..you going to pay a very heavy price..for messing with MANIK MALHOTRA... "...he said with a evil grin on his face...
NIGHT CLUB :
In no time manik reached the party venue..just when he reached inside..Mahira came towards him..and hugged him..he also reciprocate the hug with full fervor...
Cabir came towards them..and just when..manik saw him..he instantly left mahira..making her angry..he jumped upon Cabir and hugged him tight...
Manik : " happy birthday my rock star..."..he said in a loud voice...
Cabir : "Salle..ab aa raha hai tu.."..he said after breaking the hug...
Manik : " V.V.I.P late he aate hai Mr.Cabir Dhawan.."..he said raising his head high...
Cabir : "pura dramebaaz hai tu..chal ab...".. He said with a broad smile..on which manik laughed and both went to the dance floor..forgetting totally about Mahira..who was fuming in anger...
Mahira : " Manik Malhotra.. Kar lo jitna ignore Karna hai..aaj raat sab badal jaega.."..she said with a evil smirk on her face..her friends joined her..she then went on the bar counter..and ordered a drink.. She mixed two tablets in it..and went towards manik..who was enjoying..with Cabir on dance floor..
Mahira : "baby..drink...".. She said after placing her hand on his shoulder..he was totally busy in dancing..on pura landon dhumkta (recall parth's dance ) ...
Manik : " you care for me so much love..."..he said with a smile and hugged her tight..after taking the drink..she smiled ...
After breaking the hug..manik drank it in one go..and she was watching him evilly..he continued with his dance..
But soon..he start loosing his consciousness..and felt like his head is spinning badly..Mahira looked at him..and smiled victoriously..
Mahira : "manik..you are ok na?".. She said faking concern..manik smiled weakly..
Mahira : " no manik..you aren't seems fine..come with me.."..she then wrapped his hand around her shoulder and took him upstairs after showing a thumbs up to her friends...
She took him inside the room..and locked it..
Just then Nandini also entered inside the same club as Mukti had came back tonight only and trio thought to party..but when she entered inside the club..she found mahira taking manik upstairs..she in a second registered that ...Mahira's intentions aren't right...
Nandini : "aiyappa! Maine is ladke ko warn kiya tha..yeh sunta kyu nhi hai..".. She complained In her thoughts...
Mukti : " angel..kya hua?"..she asked ..finding her all lost ...
Nandini : "ummm..kuch nhi...".. She said absent mindedly... But then she spotted Maya..mahira's friend..sitting in the corner..and having gupshap with her friends...
Nandini : " alarm.. Mai abhi aayi..tum dono chalo.."..she said and left to Maya..both made weird faces..
Aaliya : "ise kya hua?..achanak..".. She asked in confused tone..mukti made ..I don't know look...
Nandini came towards Maya and said ...
Nandini : " ummm..Maya right?"...she said to her...on which Maya said yes...
Nandini : "actually your car was parked in a wrong side..that's why club members had called crane..to take your car away..".. She said in a stern voice..Maya instantly freaked out..and left out in a hurry..
Nandini took the opportunity and picked up Maya's cellphone from the table and dialed Mahira's number..
Mahira who laid manik on the bed till now..leaned on him..and about to claim his lips..just when..her phone start ringing ...she made a disgusting face...she when saw the caller id...left manik and came out of room...
Mahira : " tera dimaag kharab hai..call kyu kiya?"..she instantly shouted after receiving the call..
Nandini : "Woh..Your ex is creating scene downstairs.. Come fast...".. She said as she knew the past record of her..that she had dated loads of boys..and she lied so smartly that mahira fell in her trap..
Mahira ran down ..after cutting the call..Nandini placed the phone back..and rushed upstairs.. By now mahira was running downstairs.. And Nandini entered inside the room..but found no one inside it..
Nandini : " aiyappa! ..yeh kaha gaya.."..then she looked every corner but there was no trace of him..so she sneaked out of room..
Mahira came back upstairs..cursing Maya..as nothing was downstairs.. She entered inside the room..and found some one on the bed..as the light were closed..she assumed him as manik..and lay down beside him...
Mahira : "I only want to spend one night with you...After that..Manik Malhotra you will be on my finger tips...".. She said with a smile.. And was about to kiss the person..just then someone on the lights..and it was MANIK..standing on the door..looking at her mischievously...
Manik : " to make Manik Malhotra on your fingertips.. 7 births will also be less..my dear.."..he announced..wrapping his hands around his chest..she was shocked to core...finding him there..when she looked in her side..she found CABIR..her face totally fell down after realizing that..she is in lion's den ..and Manik Malhotra is not going to leave her so easily..her whole plan back fired..
But the question arises.. HOW? ..Manik and Cabir had a victorious smile on their faces..while she was shocked..stunned..horrified..
