Time stand still as a broken angel shouted her lungs out, that one name she has enchanted all her life though she has forgotten her past life but her heart, her soul still worships that name. Somebody had said right once "Memories can be faded, it can be tainted but heart never stop living in it..."...

Cabir: "Manik, kya hua?"..he asked as Manik ceased his steps in mid air, he looks lost somewhere but then Cabir's voice brought him back to reality.

Manik : "Kuch nahi..Let's go.."..keeping all his feelings at side, he stepped on the last stair and walked inside the flight with a heavy heart.

Meanwhile, Nandini who has felt his presence near her was utterly broken, she can feel him leaving, she can feel that every passing second is taking him away from her and she can't afford to loose him.

Nandini : "No! I won't let you go.."..she promised herself with determination. Just then her eyes fell on the boarding details flashing on the screen. Flight 372A to Rome is all set to take off. Her instincts told her that he has definitely board this flight only and she has no option other than believing on her gut feeling.

Nandini : "Listen.."..she called one of the security guard who was trying to tackle the crowd. He walked towards her..."I want to know the flight details, in last 2 hours how many flights have taken off?"..she asked in her nervous tone. He nodded a yes and took her to the ticket counter.

"Give her all the details she is asking, meanwhile I clear this crowd."..he instructed the girl on the counter and she nodded a yes after looking at Nandini who looks immensely vulnerable.

Nandini: "Manik Malhotra is on which flight?"..she asked hastily and the girl gave her the prompt reply.

"Ma'am he is on flight 372A to Rome.."..her answer gave some relief to Nandini.

Mukti: "What are we waiting for then? Let's leave.."..she said as they all were quiet standing behind Nandini.

"But the flight is all set to take off. You aren't allow to be on runway. "..the girl answered and this made Nandini froze on her path. She raised her face to look at the girl, there was fear, pain , anger, hurt, and top of all enormous love in her eyes.

Nandini : "Can't we delay the flight just for sometime.."..it wasn't a order, it wasn't plead but plain simple request. But her eyes, her tone clearly depicts the level of vulnerability which none can ignore..

"But ma'am.."..she tried to deny but as soon as tears escaped from Nandini's eyes, the girl shut her mouth and gulped down the denial back.

Navya held Nandini by her shoulder and mukti too stood beside Nandini by holding her hand. Navniti is the true definition of friendship, these three souls are connected with one string, they can feel each other's pain more than anyone can ever understand..

"I can try.."..she answered to Nandini which gave her some hope.

Dhruv : "We can move towards the runway. Let's go.."..he was about to leave when Nandini suddenly held his hand and stopped him from going.

Nandini : "Aaj mere aur Manik ke beech koi nahi aayega. Koi bhi nahi..".. there was such intensity in her voice that Dhruv instantly nodded. Meanwhile the girl was all set to make the announcement to stop the flight..

"Hi! This is to inform you that in flight 372A there is some technical error, thus we request you to do not take off untill the technicians cross-check everything. Thank you.".. she has made the call to the pilot and Nandini gave her a warm smile.

Nandini : "I owe this to you.."..she gave her a genuine smile on which girl too smile back..

Mukti: "Nandini we can accompany you and..."..being a concerned friend mukti is always there to shield her..

Nandini : "Mukti! You are always there whenever I needed a friend the most but this... I have to deal it alone and I'll be fine. Trust me.."..she assured her..

Kajal: "We all do. Only you can set things right Nandini.."..she backed her and Nandini smiled.

Navya : "Jaane do use Mukti, Hume apne sawalon ke jawab khud dhundne padte Hai. Hum use rasta toh dikha sakte Hai magar us raste pe use akele he chalna hoga...".. Mukti heard her words clearly and ponder on each.

Mukti: "Don't forget that am right here. You are not alone, am always there for you. We all are..."..she assured Nandini, which made Nandini's already wet eyes filled with enormous tears but of happiness. Mukti is not just a friend but a family itself for Nandini..

Nandini : "I know.."..she hugged her tightly as tears escaped her eyes..

RJ: "Get going nandini. We don't have enough time ..."..He pushed her, Nandini too realized that she is running out of time. She has to run, run for her life, because this is the Do or Die situation..

Instrumental break.. background music..

She gave a warm smile to everyone and then started walking towards the gate no. 3 as directed by the girl. She knows she has to pass through river of fire today to reach her love, she isn't afraid of getting burned in the process but she is afraid of not being able to find him on the other end of the river.

Hum mein tum mein jo tha
Woh khatam ho gaya
Mod pe aakhiri main reh gaya..

Meanwhile, Manik settled down on the window seat, his eyes are constantly outside. He knows today he is leaving not just her but a whole of him. There is such deep chasm between them that he can't bridge it atleast not in this lifetime. He believes so..

Maine koshish bahut ki bacha lun magar
Pehle dil baad mein ghar jal gaya
Seene mein di jagah maine jis raaz ko
Aankhon se woh meri beh hi gaya..

Cabir sat down beside him & started talking but Manik's attention is somewhere else, her smiling face keep on playing in front of his eyes. He recalled how badly he tried to set things right, to build that tree again which he himself has shredded once.

Tears eloped from his eyes as he recalled that one awful step of his life which has doomed everything. Cabir noticed those tears cascading down his eyes, he felt helpless like never before, he has seen Nandini in this same pain but his heart is bleeding more today because he has never seen this much shattered Manik before.

Hum mein tum mein jo tha
Woh khatam ho gaya
Mod pe aakhiri main reh gaya..

Cabir : "Manik.."..he placed his hand on Manik's hand which was placed in his lap. But he didn't reacted nor tried to cover up his tears. There is a smile on his face, which broke Cabir's heart.

Manik: "Uski smile.. uski baatein.. tujhe yaad Hai Cabir kese woh humesha mujhe apne bache ki tarah treat karti thi. Itna pyaar toh Meri khud ki maa ne mujhe kabhi nhi diya. Kaise rahunga uske Bina...."..his voice trailed off as he started weeping badly and helplessly cabir hugged a crying Manik.

Cabir is badly in tears, he isn't able to understand how to console this broken soul? Or will he ever be able to give him much needed solace. Perhaps! No!!

Just then they heard the announcement made by the pilot .."Please be informed that due to some technical issues this flight will be delayed in the services. Please de-board the flight. Sorry for the inconvenience."..

Mere liye tu wahi hai

On the other hand, Nandini is walking towards the gate no. 3. She recalled how Kajal showed her Manik's room. Her words ringing in her ear, still there is one thing constant in her heart and that is her love for Manik. It remains intact and it will remain forever..

Nandini: "Kuch nahi badla Hai Manik, na badal sakta Hai. Just hear me once and let me hear you. Humari khamoshiyan humesha batei karti Hai, lekin aaj humei karni hogi warna sab khatam ho jaega.. Sab! ".. she thought painfully, her heart bleeds badly as the though of loosing him crossed her mind.

Hai kasam tu aake le chal
Mujhe phir wahin
Aye masiha mere
Aa zakhm bhar bhi de
Dard mein doobi hui gehraiyan

She is walking on the runway all alone, when she noticed flight 372A is still there and the doors are opening once again, she took a sigh of relief as the air hostesses opened the door fully and the stairs touched the ground. Her breathe came back to her when she saw Manik's hand on the door even though she didn't saw his face but even a glimpse of his shadow, she can figure out his presence.

She stopped as soon as he came into her visionary region, her heart skipped a beat when he started walking down the stairs, his head is hung low perhaps! He hasn't find out that his life standing right in front of him. She fought badly to hold her tears but nothing worked in her favour as they came out without her permission.

Nandini: "Manik!"...she murmured and this small word from her mouth made him froze on his spot, he stopped walking as a cold breeze touched his face as if that's the same pair of wind which has touched her and came straight to him. He can feel her fragrance lingering in it, he slowly lifted his face and as his eyes raised to look ahead, his heart stopped beating She is standing right in front of him...

Instrumental break - Tere liye hum Hai jeeyein..

They both started walking towards each other, things have changed! But not their feelings, time has changed but not their emotions, era has been changed but not their love. Both are walking towards each other totally spellbound, life was never easy on these two but if today one take a step ahead then the other should also reciprocate.

Tere liye ham hai jiye honto ko siye,

His eyes welled up with tears and so as her, walking towards her with sealed mouth is nothing but painful to him. He doesn't want to walk in that zone because in the process he will be hurt but who cares about the pain in the path when the destiny is beautiful more than a heavenly dream..

Tere liye ham hai jiye har aansu piye,

Her eyes filled with enormous amount of tears, she don't even remember how many times she has drank her tears just for him. She don't remember anything from their past and somewhere down the corner she has no urge of remembering anything that can take him away from her ...

Dil me magar jalte rahe chahat ke diye,
Tere liye tere liye..

They are walking towards each other with only love in their eyes and heart, no body can measure the desperation, the longing of their respective souls. They did suffer a lot in their life time and it'll be wrong to measure that who has suffered more, it'll be a straight out insult to their love.

Tere liye ham hai jiye har aansu piye,

She is staring at him without blinking her eyes, because she is afraid that what if in a blink he vanishes in the thin air? What if she'll loose him again; the thought itself scares her to death..

Tere liye ham hai jiye honto ko siye,

When these two are busy in covering the physical distance between the two, there is one person who is looking at the duo from distance with tears in eyes and praying every milli second that today these two don't cover only the physical distance but the real distance between their hearts. That person is none other than Cabir.

Tere liye tere liye ...

As Manik was about to reach her, he tripped and cabir ran to his safety but halted in mid as Nandini held him and prevent him from falling. A small smile touched Cabir's lips whereas Manik's eyes filled with immense tears as he recalled the old times - She never ever let him fall. She was always there to hold him back even when she wasn't there with him physically but was there virtually.

Musical break..

She made him stand properly holding by his shoulder, giving him that much needed solace which he has been craving all this while.

Tears eloped from his eyes but before it touches the ground, she wiped them all and nodded a no. As soon as she wiped his tears, he feel like forgetting everything and cry his heart out in her warm embrace. He don't want anything other than submitting himself to her and weep like old times.

Aa Zindgi le ke aayi hai beete dino ki kitab - 2
Ghere hai ab hamein yaadein be-hisaab..

He placed his shivering hands on her cheeks, as if making himself believe that she is actually there in real and passing all the good energies to him.

Meanwhile, his mind is crowded with all their happy memories which is still sacred, which aren't tainted. Memories like- Nandini chasing Manik, running in the college premises while Manik running to save his life from her. Their rehearsals together, he sleeping in her lap, she taking care of him in his ill state.

Bin poochhe mile mujhe kitne saare jawaab, Chaaha tha kya paaya hai kya hamne dekhiye,

He is caressing her face like he is watching her after ages, she is looking in his eyes and recalled his room's wall which is covered with only her images, and if Kajal is to be believed that not only his room but his whole world is marked by only one face and one name.

Today she has all the answers with her but today she don't even want to analyze the facts behind the current situation.

Dil mein magar jalte rahe chaahat ke diye,
Tere liye tere liye ..

She touched his face, caressed his cheeks while he closed his eyes to feel every touch of hers. Tears cascading down like never before, they were captivating since ages now, today they finally got released from their punishment and when today they have their freedom then surely they won't stop today.

Someone has rightly said once .."The most painful tears aren't the one which fall from your eyes and covers your face. It's the one which fall from your heart and covers your soul.."..

Kya kahoon duniya ne kiya mujh se kaisa bair - 2,
Hukam tha main jiyun lekin tere baghair,

She tip toes and kissed on his forhead, he too lean down. When she moved back, he opened his eyes and looked at that intensity of love in her eyes which perhaps he has never seen in this life time before.

Manik : "Nandini main..."..he tried to give words to his feelings or perhaps he wants to speak something because their silence is again communicating more than they ever did. But this time she stopped her from uttering anything by placing her hand on his mouth.

Naadaan hai woh kehte hain jo mere liye tum ho ghair,
Kitne sitam hampe sanam logon ne kiye,

He recalled all those times when people said that she don't belongs to him, he has no right to be with her. Every single moment he faced the rude arrogant comments or hatred of people his heart had pierced, she was never his; this thought was nothing but a slow painful death to him..

Dil mein magar jalte rahe chaahat ke diye
Tere liye tere liye ..

Nandini : "Itna pyaar karte ho mujhse?"..she asked suddenly breaking his reverie, removed her hand from his mouth and now he looked at her with shock and surprise.

Manik: "Tum...."..she again cut him in mid..

Nandini : "Aaj koi jhuth nahi Manik please"..she pleaded helplessly..

Tere liye ham hain jiye honton ko siye..

He removed her hands from his mouth and cupped her face, looked straight in her eyes.

Tere liye ham hain jiye har aansoo piye

She too stare back with equal intensity, equal love..

Without thinking twice he caged her in his arms, he hid her so perfectly in his arms that it made her forget all the bad negative thoughts.

They didn't uttered anything but silently sobbed in each other's warm embrace, this is that point of their life which is going to be written in golden words. This is the union of those two broken souls who are nothing without each other.

Diwane Jo lehro ke khilaf behte Hai, pyaar ke har gum ko haske sehte Hai, Kya ise he mohabbat kehte Hai? ...... Han! Ise he toh mohabbat kehte Hai...... ❤
