Lyon's POV

"Why did you scold Juvia-chan, Gray?" I asked in my cold tone. He was still on his laptop and he didn't even take a glance on me when I entered his office.

I stood up, literally in front of his desk with my arms folded and my eyes giving him a death glare. Still, he didn't even talk nor look at my handsome face.

Grr...

I slammed my hands on his table, making his eyes widen and look at my handsome face. "Gray Elsa Fullbuster!"

He furrowed his eyebrows. "Elsa? What the heck?"

"Never mind that but you! How dare you!" I shouted while pointing my finger at his face. Oh, I wish I could crash that pretty face of his! "Juvia-chan just came here to bring you lunch because she was worried about you and then you scolded her for bringing you food?! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU!"

"Tsk. Shut up. She should've been used to getting scold." He said and sighed. He even fixed his reading glasses. Oh, God knows how I want to smack him right now. "Besides, she disturbed me."

"You don't get it, do you?! UGH! She was just worried about you!" I shouted so he can finally get it to his damn head.

"Why was she even worried? We're not even close and---"

"Because she lik---Because she's your PERSONAL ASSISTANT and it's her job to take care of your needs. Sheesh! You're making me crazy, Gray!" I said and ruffled my hair.

"Still," He sighed again. "Ugh, why are we even making this a big deal?"

I glared at him even more and grabbed his necktie, lifting him a little from his seat. "Because you just made her cry, idiot! You were always like this ever since Ultear broke up with you! Dude, come back to your senses! You know, sometimes your words are sharper than a knife. She didn't say anything about you insulting her but I'm sure that you said something. Ugh, stop this nonsense, Gray! You should be thankful that I'm stopping myself from hitting you because you're still my cousin."

He just glared back.

"Be more conscious." I pushed him away and he fixed his necktie. "Juvia-chan was just worried... I know that I said that a lot of times today but I just want you to fully know about it. Learn to appreciate, you idiot cousin."

"... I do appreciate everything she has done for me." He muttered in silence and I couldn't hear it at all.

"What?"

"Nothing. Lyon, I can't believe you barged me in this office to just say all those things. You really care about Ms. Lockser." He said.

I did it because the one I like, likes you.

"Of course. I'll do anything for her." I replied back. "Gray, seriously. If you're stressed or whatever, don't put out your anger towards other people. You'll just make it even worse. And besides, we came here to have fun."

"Hm."

"Go apologize."

"What?"

I got irritated. "Go apologize to her NOW. Right now, this instant. She's still crying, you know."

He rolled his eyes and sat on his chair. "Like I care."

"ARGH! GRAY---"

"Lyon, please. Just get out of my office. I still need to finish this so I won't do anything tomorrow." He said and continued on with his laptop.

I gripped on my fists and turned around. "I hope your conscience will hunt you."

I walked towards the door and slammed it harder than usual.

Juvia's POV

It's fine, Juvia. He was just stressed because of his work and it's practically normal for him to scold me like that. Yeah, it's normal.

But...

"Use your common sense, Lockser! Or don't you have any of it?!"

I frowned and wiped my tears that fell. That's the sentence that got pinned in my mind and it definitely came from the person I admire the most. I hugged my pillow and I curled myself on the bed. Mira-san was taking a bath.

I fell asleep with my tears still flowing out.

•A few hours later•

*ding dong**ding dong*

I slowly opened my eyes at the ringing of the bell in our room. I saw Mira-san on the other bed, asleep. Wait, how many hour did I sleep anyway? Don't tell me, it's already night time?

*ding dong**ding dong*

I opened my phone to check the time.

9:00 P.M.

Eh? Seriously? Juvia slept for that long?

*ding dong**ding dong*

Juvia angrily stepped out of her bed. Ugh, seriously. Who would visit someone at this time? Is it Lyon? Yeah, it must be him. If it's about the date, I can just tell him to move it tomorrow or... Whatever, but not today.

Juvia opened the door, "What is it, Lyo---"

Juvia mentally gasped. He's wearing another suit now and his reading glasses is still on his eyes. He was looking at me with no expressions at all. Tired can be seen from his eyes. Well, he was practically working almost all day so it's not that surprising anymore.

He looked at me from head-to-toe and sighed. He suddenly looked away and said, "Lockser, look at your clothes."

What?

Juvia looked down and saw that she was only wearing a large t-shirt, enough to cover my body up to above my knees. It was pretty short and she was wearing short shorts.

Juvia immediately went back inside the room and closed the door. She changed into her favorite gray hoodie and a pair of sweats and she wore her slippers.

I went back to the door and opened it. He still has the same expression. Sheesh. "Uhh, Mr. Gray? Do you need something? Should I call Mira-san?"

He shook his head. "No... Just, follow me Lockser." He sternly said and went to somewhere else.

He needs me?

I first locked the door and grabbed a spare key and put it in my hoodie's pocket. And then I followed Gray-sama, who was standing in front of the elevator. We both entered it and before I know it, we were already outside of the hotel. We we're sitting on a bench near the big swimming pool.

Wait, what are we doing here?

"Umm... Gray-sa---"

"Sorry..." He started after taking a long deep breath. I was surprised, literally. It was unexpected. "Sorry about earlier. I didn't mean to put out my anger on you."

"Oh, that." Juvia nervously laughed as she looked away. She tucked a hair behind her ear and said, "It's fine. Juvia's not angry."

"And, I said a pretty mean thing earlier." He said and scratched his head. "Er... Anyway, I was just... Uh... Ugh." He messes his hair in frustration.

Is this really that Gray-sama? Who seriously works everyday on his office without eating anything? The one who's cold?

I laughed at his now messed hair. He seemed surprised on why I laughed. Well, it's just that, it's so unexpected to see this side of him. Now, I don't see those cold eyes nor the strict face. I just see... The real Gray Fullbuster.

"What are you laughing at? My hair?" He asked while wrinkling his forehead.

I wiped the tears that formed in my eyes when I started laughing. "Sorry, sorry. Juvia was just surprised. I thought that you were the type of person who doesn't apologize to a person after doing a mean thing."

"Even kids were taught how to say sorry." He pointed out. "So I know it too."

"Hai, hai. I'm sorry." I said and now, I stopped laughing. "Gray-sama, don't worry about it. It's fine."

"I didn't say I was worried." He said bluntly.

Juvia rolled her eyes off him. "Okay, sir."

"Hey, are you really sure that you haven't had a boyfriend before?" He suddenly asked. "It doesn't seem like it to me."

"Eh? It's true. Juvia is NBSB forever." Juvia defended.

He furrowed his eyebrows and looked confused. "NBSB? What in the world are you talking about?"

"It's No Boyfriend Since Birth, sir." I explained. "And that's practically Juvia and she's still proud of it." Huhu, not really.

"Oh..." Was all he could say.

There was a moment of silence.

Juvia stood up from her seat and said, "Gray-sama, Juvia will go on ahead now. Are you coming with her?"

"... I'm going to stay here for awhile." He said and stared at the starry night today.

"Oh... Okay." Juvia said and walked towards the entrance. Wait, I'm going to leave him alone there? That sounds lonely... And he experienced way more than that. I don't want him to feel so lonely anymore.

I stopped and went back to where I was sitting. His eyes widened. "What? I thought you were going---"

"I decided to stay." Juvia simply said and stared at the stars that were twinkling so hard at night. Okay. that sounds a little bit childish.

"Why?"

I turned to him and gave him a sweet smile. "Because she's your Personal Assistant and she won't ever leave her own boss unattended."

For the first time, his eyes softened.
