The next morning, Shin woke up to the sound of a garbage truck. It made sense, since he slept behind a dumpster the previous night. He yawned and cracked his joints as he got up. But right before he could walk away, the truck pulled away, revealing two figures clad in military grade cybernetic armour. As soon as he saw the figures, Shin knew they were looking for him. He turned to run away, but was met with two more figures. He was surrounded.
"Shin Godzilla, you're under arrest." One of the armoured figures stated. Two guns came up from her back and settled on her shoulders, aimed at Shin. "Comply, or we will be forced to use lethal action."
"And who the hell are you?" Shin spat. His fist tightened, reading a flame blade. Suddenly, something grabbed his arm.
"They're Jaegers." It was Godzilla. "Kaiju law enforcement. They're gonna take you to a prison for people like us." Shin ripped his arm away.
"You're an idiot if you think I'm going with them or you!" He snapped. Two flame blades erupted from his fists as he turned to the Jaegers. They aimed their weapons.
"And you're all idiots if you think I'm not gonna kill all of y-" Before he could finish his sentence,  a thick rubber stun grenade smacked the back of his head. He fell forward onto the concrete below. A low groan escaped his lips as Cherno Alpha cocked her gun, which fired the stun grenade.
"When Anguirus told me about this guy, I expected more." She chuckled. "We'll take it from here, Godzilla."
Godzilla smirked and nodded. He looked down at Shin as the Jaegers strapped him into a metal gurney to restrain him. He woke up shortly after. He tried to escape, but the gurney was specially designed to restrain not only Kaiju, but their powers as well. There was no escape for him now. He eventually gave up, and glared at Godzilla as he panted.
"This is for your own good, Shin." Godzilla explained. "You have a lot of power. You owe it to yourself to learn how to use them properly. The Jaegers will help you learn without hurting anyone."
Shin glared for a while longer before his eyes shut. His mouth curled into a smile as a chuckle escaped his throat, followed by another, and another. Eventually he broke out into a sinister laugh, and finally, a full blown cackle. Godzilla's eyebrows furrowed as he eyed his clone.
"You... you really are an idiot." Shin chuckled. "I'm well aware of my powers. I don't need any help from these humans, they're the ones who're gonna need help against me. I don't know who Ghidorah is, but I'm sure he's nothing compared to what I've got planned. Trust me, Godzilla, these humans will get everything coming to them. Their persecution is coming."
Finally, an armoured truck appeared in the alleyway. Crimson and Coyote opened the back, while Cherno and Striker loaded Shin inside.
"The persecution is coming, Godzilla!" Shin called back as he was strapped into the truck. The doors closed, but Shin's eyes never left Godzilla's, until the windows were closed. The Jaegers loaded into the truck and sped away. Godzilla breathed a deep sigh.
"It's done." He breathed. But deep in his heart, he knew that Shin was far from finished.
