So, I'm in the process of planning the characters for my (fully original) book, and I'm just drawing out the dragon species for it. This is a typical Emeraldo, or a dragon of the Emerald Guild. I'll probably do a fullbody at some point, I just wanted to doodle now.

Again, I used Faber-Castell colouring pencils and DécoTime twinmarkers for the colours.

I used #363 for the medium green scales, #366 for the lighter green scales, and #359 for the darker green scales. For the sail/back ridge, I used #372 and #365 for the stripes on it. #380 for the horns. In the eyes, I blurred #367 and #361 together.

With the markers, I used Spectrum Green (#172) for the darker green scale shapes, Fresh Yellow (#44) for the lighter green scale shapes, and Vivid Green (#46) for the medium green scale shapes. For the sail/back ridge marks, I used a seaweed green (#231), and the horn marks were Rose Beige (#97). I also did some Teal Green (#60) and Spring Green (#236) tinges in the eye.
